We are told that with your given weeks you can use Interval Travel hotels by transferring from CLC to them. The only way to reach them about bookings is to ring them PREMIUM RATE!
We transferred 2 weeks to Interval and rang them about a holiday in the Caribbean. We were told on the Saturday the two weeks were not showing on their system and to ring them again in a few days but there was accommodation on the 3 resorts Antigua/Barbados and St Lucia for Feb/Mar for 6 adults and one child I rang on Monday costing me £15!!! to be told that there was no such accommodation. I asked about next year to be told to ring back!! Disgusting and I wish we had never signed up for the trial!

Very efficient and friendly service. Nothing too much trouble. Rescheduled my break from September20 into January21 hassle free.
CLC were so accommodating in rescheduling our planned holiday to next year with only 5 days notice before planned departure date.
Very understanding and couldn’t have been more helpful / would highly recommend 👌

We had a promotional holiday with CLC booked in Tenerife at the beginning of October 2020. As a result of the current pandemic situation we were not able to go ahead with the booking. In mid September I discussed the issue with a member of CLC staff. He was cheerful, helpful and very understanding. He confirmed that the resorts were still open but that, given the self isolation/quarantine imposed on visitors returning to the UK from Spain, he understood were I to prefer to change the date of the holiday. I was given my pick of dates to visit next year and, after discussion, we chose new dates in May. Once we had changed our flights ( very, very easily ) I sent the details of the new flights to CLC and the details of our rebooked holiday were confirmed immediately. I was very impressed indeed with the helpful service I received from CLC staff even though this was a free promotional holiday which had been booked. I had imagined, prior to contacting CLC, that we should have forfeited our free holiday - particularly as the resorts were remaining open. I was delighted that this was not the case - thrilled, in fact. I have told many of my friends about the excellent service provided by CLC.
If your thinking about getting a ar from this company please don't. They say they are there to help but clearly are not. Got my car about 5/6 months ago and after a couple of weeks it did not feel right. Popped it to thegarage to find out there was a MAJOR fault with the vehicles gear box etc. I was very surprised as it had just been mot before it was delivered. I checked online to find out it had failed the mot with the same fault. It was put back through (bodged job) to pass mot. A major hassle to get the car picked up by clc as many garages wont deal with warranty's as the comoany doesn't pay them. Finally got my car picked up and taken to the garage by clc to be repaired. I was advised that the whole gear box needs to be taken out and assessed! Again another bodged job in which the car was temporarily fixed.. fast forward 2 weeks we have a car that has the same faults!! Trying to get a resolution I like trying to pull out teeth. I now have the car booked in for a full mot to get all faults in writing to take to my solicitor and trading standards.
I have a car sat outside but I'm having to use public transport. But the finance team ring 2-4 times EVERY day for payment for the broken car 😂. CLC HAS BROKEN THE CONTRACT BY SUPPLYING A FAULTY CAR AND FAILING TO FIX THE CAR WHEN IT WAS RETURNED!!
I got a finance car to ensure we had a decent reliable car to make our lives less stressful with hospital visits etc.. by has caused m more upset and stress!
One star may be the wrong way to rate CLC, but the experience I have had so far due to Covid-19 makes me award it. Having been a member since December 2019 we are yet to visit a CLC resort to start off our membership. Having children of school age we needed school holidays, 1st suitable availability was cancelled due to covid. Upon cancelling felt extremely pressured into re-booking when we felt it was unsafe to travel. Then unable travel due to quarantine requirements and employment rules for the same. Eventually re-booked only to have it cancelled again due to second lockdown. So having been a member for almost 12 months do not feel I have got value for money. Even though CLC are extending membership for 6 months, we still feel cheated and of course we are stuck as we cannot cancel/refund the membership!

I had my holiday cancelled due to Covid 19 restictions in Spain and advised i could forward my holiday at no extra cost to next year.
I spoke to CLC customer service who were both patient and very understanding and offered me excellent service and allowed me sufficient time to contact the airline to try and cancel or reschedule the flight.
I had a very different experience with Ryan Air who charged me over £300 to move my holiday dates and offered me no support of understanding.
CLC customer service went over and above what i expect and i am truly indebted to them for making the whole processs a pleasant and friendly experience.

We are still waiting to have our trial week, but in the meantime, CLC was kind enough to offer us a 3-night stay at the Trenython Manor in Cornwall.
As we have not enjoyed our trial week yet, it is difficult to review CLC World already. However, it needs saying that Donna Marie and Tabitha have been in contact with us on several occasions and have been very friendly and helpful.
Please do not buy. It is pressurised and the sales team will mislead. They will say you can hand it back but they do not say the payments will continue.
If you buy you will be trapped.

Customer service I would say is not the best when you try to manage your booking or book one. Thankfully we only bought 3 year trial, can't wait to get out of this.
Contacted CLC World to revise my booking due to Covid. A very helpful assistant, offered me various options which included rescheduling both the holiday date as well as the resort. Sorted everything out in 10 min.
