I had a chat with Tabitha & she was very helpful in the fact that due to Covid I was unable to fly out at the time we had booked so now hopefully we will be able to come along next may

Highly standard of Customer Services with the brilliant and knowledgeable staff who won my heart with there professionalism.

Excellent response from customer services, looked at the options, given our tight time lines CLC did wonderful, got the resort of choice, room we wanted and dates we Needed.

No fuss, the booking was confirmed in next to know time. Excellent customer service

Have been very good at rearranging the trip to Spain from this October to next year. Nice to see a business that is willing to help out with this covid mess !

After contacting you by e mail had a very quick response from Tabitha who was very helpful in organising my booking.

CLC World provides fantastic customer service and have been absolutely brilliant at managing my holiday during this period of Covid19.

The Customer Service Assistant was very friendly and helpful. The free additional break in the UK was a lovely unexpected offer

Excellent at communicating with me very promptly. Even though we’ve had to cancel because of quarantine, we were offered a stay at a future date, if there was availability

We had to switch holiday dates due to Covid and liaised with Tabitha who was very helpful and responded to us quickly.

Never been to Turkey before and was a little apprehensive, but there was certainly no need. CLC Kusadasi was lovely. Good facilities, food was of good quality and varied and the drinks were fine. The staff were extremely friendly and made to feel most welcome, especially Emre! The only niggle was the WiFi wasn't working properly and slow which frustrated the kids! However there was plenty to keep the children occupied and didn't affect our holiday. Will be returning!

Nice lodges. Customer Services were good but wifi was too poor.

Week in Tenerife was cancelled and was offered UK holiday instead. Happy with this due to current situation with Quarantine requirements.

Recently I’ve visited CLC golf and spa resort Kuşadası . From beginning of the stay till end the whole holidays were extremely pleasant with friendly staff always there to help here I would like the name of the lady called NESLIHAN @ guest service who helped me out by going an extra mile as I was stuck with my excess luggage and didn’t get time and space to go n buy the bigger luggage bag so she managed to get me bigger cardboard carton in which I fit my existing bag n extra stuff which was a big relief I must say she earned so much respect as we were quite panicked and there wasn’t much time left to leave the resort for the airport . Also the gentlemen at the guest relations desk called Töjan (I think) has been very helpful overall stay .Many thanks CLC Kusadasi from happy customer . Regards Mr Kamran

I always find customer service very easy to deal with. Working under hard times but ever helpful and always do what they can very quickly. Cannot fault CLC

I have not had the fortune of having a holiday with CLC World, having recently had my first holiday for September cancelled by British Airways. However, I have my first holiday booked for Cornwall in October. When I have had the experience of a CLC World holiday I will write a review.

So we went to their clc resort in turkey. Lovely resort...can be booked online without signing up to their points/time share/fractional ownership scam! there were several properties for sale at the resort by private owners already stuck in the scam.The presentation team are tough sales people... Don't comit to a dream that will turn into a nightmare. Great place for adhoc paid holiday....TIME SHARE/FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP/ AND NOW POINTS SYSTEM IS ALL A SCAM. They are also selling ramada hotel apartments. Their one bed sale price was £97000 (roughly) You can buy a similar apartment on the same resort for £60000-70000. They tell you you can stay there all year round which is also untrue. You are allowed a maximum of 4 weeks I believe. Turkish market is not expensive to buy in...they are selling you overinflated properties and once again promise you 110 times more than what is true/can be delivered. Go to local estate agents instead!

My mum got well and truly scammed by this horrendous company. Started off at £200 then rocketed to £800 per month!!! She is now trying to get out of the contract - a 40 year loan!!!! And taking legal action, as they will not release her from the loan. Please everyone do not sign up with this company, my mum has forked out 4k in legal fee's so far to try and stop this scam company.

My contact with CLC was excellent considering the circumstances. The staff were fantastic and understanding when allowing me to rebook my holiday. I did not feel under any pressure what so ever. Thank you CLC..
