Sold a dream
Sold a dream when we went to Spain 3 yrs ago we have had nothing but problems and want out of this. Cyprus holiday last year was awful accommodation. Never able to book a holiday we want in advance.

Broken promises
We joined CLC and were promised the world but instead were given nothing the company knew we had 4 children so we told the we need holidays around the school holidays we were told as long as we book 2 months in advance we would have no problems but we tried booking several months in advance but were told everything is fully booked

I have had a wonderful experience booking with clc world. Michelle and her colleagues have helped me out tremendously with all the flight cancellation issues I’ve had and to re booking apartments for different dates.

Don't get trapped
Bought into a three year trial membership a year ago( after a hard sell) . We were promised all these fantastic holidays. When ever we trying to book the resorts are always full especially in the UK. Finding the whole experience so far very frustrating. Trying to get out of this mess. Word of advice don't get yourself trapped in this.

Excellent response following posting on Trustpilot
While absolutely appreciating the Global Pandemic and that CLC are operating on reduced staffing levels we were worried when we posted our initial review that we could not achieve any direct communication with CLC via phone or email but we had noticed that Trustpilot reviews were receiving swift responses.
Although we felt fairly sure that CLC would have it all in hand we did become slightly worried that we had been lost in the system especially when we found lots of very positive reviews on Trustpilot about excellent communication.
HOWEVER less than 24 hours after posting our original review the absolutely excellent Naomi phoned us on our landline and mobiles to reassure and update us.
Naomi was so very helpful and has promised to be in touch again soon.
We couldn't of asked for more lovely assistance hence the change to 5 stars.
