Laura Harris booked our Holiday with ease . It was quick and simple she gave us the dates and then spoke to my husband to book. She was fast and reliable and I can’t wait to see her when we get to Costa del sol.

During free week was shown a resort that was the premier priced resort and told repeatedly it was the standard one. Was shown a top range room and told it was standard. We signed up, got the paperwork and a big book. Thank goodness I looked through the book, realised the resort and room we had been shown were actually more money than our investment would allow us to even stay in once a year! Then cancelled. Rep called us to say that those rooms were available at our investment when on offer, however we had been shown premium rooms and told they were standard, I asked about it several times during the tour. So be very careful that you understand the difference between the standards.
We stayed in Teneriffe, the resort was tired and dull, I wanted to leave immediately but could not get a reasonable flight. Food expensive and very very ordinary on site, would not ordinarily have gone there. You had to walk through a series of dual carriageways and busy roads to get to the beach. Local cafes selling 'English breakfasts' for 2 euro, if that is your idea of an ace holiday this one is for you. Otherwise it is very painful.

When we cancelled the admin sent our details out to other customers on a mass email. Asked for a very small compensation as breach of GDPR laws but nothing. We then put it behind us as a bad experience not to be revisited and very happy we had a lucky escape from joining.

Customer service was excellent in v difficult circumstances.
Donna responded very quickly to resolve further issues and contacted us as promised.

Prompt efficient and friendly service always

The staff and cleaners were friendly. The apartments were ok, there was insufficient bin bags so needed to buy some. The pools behind the apartments (not the main pools) had no lifeguards. We were told because it was end of season we couldn't pay for buffet meals (as the buffet option was closed) and was only give the option of a la carte which was very expensive. I would have enjoyed it more if the buffet is all year round and safety at all pools is guaranteed.

Really makes you think outside the box for what it is you really want for your holiday, everyone is knowledgeable And all approachable. The call centre staff are very helpful and understanding . Looking forward to my holiday and can only hope it all matches the great service we have had so far.
