They didn't even read my letter and or are trying to dodge possible discrimination offence. Not happy with their behaviour. I am not going touse their internal mail either so they can bury records. How dare they act like this.

A very straight forward and quick process with applications and excellent service from the staff involved. Thoroughly recommend them as their interest rates are also competitive.

AVOID Savings accounts

I have an ongoing issue with this company for the last two months with my Gym insurance.
A payment has been lost. Which I have sent bank statements showing it’s been paid., which means they have terminated .my agreement. I never get back to you. I have sent 15 emails which I’ve had to return email saying they have received it. Nobody talks on the phone two months of absolute frustration. I will never use them again and I suggest nobody else does. absolutely useless.

Not helpful so far
Not helpful so far. Garage advised we had to sign agreement immediately despite not picking up the car until 2 weeks later due to issues with the car. Close automatically set up the finance as if we had already taken the car. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes I was advised a specialist team would need to deal with this and would call me back.
1 month later and still no call back or even the welcome call I was advised multiple times would take place.
No correspondence received apart from a very basic email. No clue how to view my account, where to go for help, if the car issues are noted on the agreement or when direct debit has been set up for. Not a great start!
