Cloud Leard in a nutshell is good. Flexible learning is the best quality, in my opinion. For me working 12-hour shifts, I needed a flexible option where I could work at hours which suited me. The other pros of cloud learn... The tutor replied to all my questions and was helpful when I sent messages. There is a lot of content and information, which is very accesible and simple. It is really easy to use. But now on to the cons... The lessons as a whole were brief, in my opinion. I found some of the images confusing, and some videos were outdated. There were also a lot of American videos that were difficult to follow and seemed pointless. There was also content that seemed very basic (too basic) or information, which was at a high standard and not relevant. I was told on multiple occasions that I did not need any other websites, videos, books, or materials. However, I completely disagree! I completed past papers and failed as I had not been taught some of the information with the correct terminology. I only passed this course, as I also purchased the IGCSE Edexcel CGP revision guide and practice workbook. These provided so much more helpful information. Also, information on BBC Bitesize was great. If you're a video learner, there are TONS of YouTube videos. I would recommend freesciencelessonsonline. Basically, you are teaching yourself with CloudLearn, which provides the basic structure; you do need to do other independent learning on the side. That is the big downside. I would recommend CloudLearn, but just ensure you're also using other resources - there's loads of free online ones. It is up to you to put in the hours and guide your own learning.

Thanks to CloudLearn, I started in August and took the exam in January and passed the first time with a high grade!

Using cloud learn was great, easy to follow and the questions at the end of each module were great for testing what I had learned. It was good to be able to work this around my own schedule it made me use my spare time wisely and prioritise. Great to know a tutor was on hand if I needed them too. Always quick to respond when I had questions.

I am a mature student and have been out of education for a while! English language was always a subject I struggled in. I decided to try cloudlearn to see if I could achieve my Englisg GCSE to better my career. The online material provided is easy to learn and the use of a tutor was helpful to guide me through the process. All I expected was a grade 4. My results came in I received a grade 8. I am so thrilled. I did not realise how much the course had helped me. I would recommend Cloudlearn to anybody who would like to achieve good results. I am now completing my maths. During covid the schools were shut and didnt know when they were going to open so my parents enrolled me with cloudlearn i done gcse maths /physics/english and chemistry i sat maths got a grade 5 and physics got grade 7 still got the rest to sit in may/june best thing i ever done ive now got an unconditional offer for an HNC mechanical course at college and through to the interview stage with british airways as a advanced apprentiship aircraft engine technician could not have done it without cloudlearn

I want to express my gratitude for the IGCSE English course. The course helped me prepare for the exam in just 3 months and finally get a good result, which I was very happy about. The course is compiled at a very high level, all the videos and text materials will undoubtedly help to raise the level of knowledge and prepare for the exam. I definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to prepare for the exam at home.

When initially searching for an online course I was looking for somewhere which made the process easy and understandable. You often see lots of obstacles for private candidates, especially more recently with the pandemic. CloudLearn ticked the box. I appreciate that many people with experience will agree that much of the material can be obtained elsewhere for free or at a lower rate and the charges through a third party will always incur higher cost, but you are guaranteeing an exam booking with their partner exam centre and practicals if required. Not to forget the material provided is expansive and where most free material will guarantee a C grade, you can feel safe in the fact the content helps you reach an A/A* standard. The company are great at responding to emails within a day and are extremely helpful. I do feel more training for their customer service staff would be useful when it comes to dealing with customers and how to manage communications. As it seems there is a culture of not communicating within the company when there is a customer problem. Notwithstanding this, I eventually had contact with their MD. Who was more than helpful in providing what I needed.

Last year, I start it my journey with English and math, thanks to CloudLearn. Above voyage end up, being truly interesting, prepared with real dedication, motivating & really pleasant. The set up of the web site, the lay out of the program's, prompt help from the tutors and so on - well organized, cleave, reliable. All these, culminated by easy and smooth process of booking exams, to make any necessary arrangements and still remanded fully professional service.

Had a bit of bother setting up the course and exam, due to my error. Jodie was really helpful and the communication was excellent. Problem resolved and my daughter is doing well with her course.
