I got through to a student advisor straight away, and Niamh was so helpful and explained how I could suspend learning account just for a few months whilst I settled into a new job. She explained the process and confirmed it all with an email. It was seamless service and greatly appreciated..

I love the site it is a friendly site and direct to the point, makes learning fun and easy to understand. The staff is very helpful especially Ms.Jodie as she was following me up on how I am getting on and for any questions that I have. She is reliable and responds quick as well.

Matthew who I spoke to on the phone after experiencing difficulties with paypal/payment was very helpful and friendly. He sorted the payment out straight away and got me enrolled on the course I wanted. Within a few minutes he had mate contact via email to ensure I had my login/delivery address confirmed. Great service. I need to do the course to progress further in work and having looked briefly at the documents online I think I have made the right learner choice.

Jodie has been amazing and called me when I asked her too. Answered all my questions and signed me up straight away. Highly recommend.

All tutors were very helpful during all the courses I had studied. When I did hit some concerns, Stuart Gibson came in and supported me to solve it. Like any course if you put all your effort in you will guarantee a pass. Everything is pricy but Definitely recommended.

I enrolled my son on iGCSE English as part of his Home Ed studies. Course materials are well presented and easily accessible. Hard copies arrived promptly. Only been studying for a few months so can't review all content but what we've covered so far is easy to understand and each topic is accompanied by detailed resources, questions and revision tasks. CloudLearn can also book the exam too, removing what can be quite difficult to organise privately. The only down side is the cost (hence 4 stars) - though to be fair it's no more expensive than other providers.

She was always polite and helpful. I emailed her a lot because but every time I would get a very quick reply, that answered all my questions. Great help and support. Thank you Jodie !

I booked my son's GCSEs through CloudLearn as I didn't have a clue how to help him and wanted a hassle free way to book my son's exams. He had a tutor who always helped when he needed it. There were a few links throughout the online course which didn't work but after notifying the teacher it was corrected.

It was a bit confusing when it came to exam time as I didn't know what was happening but cloud learn assured me that the exam was booked. Sure enough it was. So I'm greatful that the process was very smooth.

The customer service of CloudLearn is very good and always very helpful. I've found emailing them to be more helpful than actually calling and speaking to someone as the people who respond via email seem to know more (this is just the experience I had).

Great platform for GCSE’s and A levels both my sons have used this platform and means that home schooling is totally taken care of.

Great help. I had no idea how this worked. Son not happy in sixth form and wanted to start afresh. Mathew was a great help, answered all my questions with a quick response. My son felt informed and enthused about starting the courses. Highly recommended.

CloudLearn is a great place for people of all ages to redeem themselves and get their education in order when the traditional school system didn't work out. Especially grateful for the open communication and helpfulness of people like Niamh Laurie. Would recommend
