I spoke to an adviser called Niamh and she was great at answering any questions I had and helped me when I was confused and unsure about certain things, she was so helpful.

I rang up cloudlearn because I was struggling to access my course online this morning and I spoke to Niamh Laurie who was very helpful and nice on the phone and sorted my reason for calling very quickly. Great help👍

Keli was very helpful over the last week answering all my emails and again today when I phoned with more questions. Kate, my daughter is happy with everything, (which is the most important part), thanks to Keli. Now just need her to get the work done. Let’s see how the next 2 years go.

Very sufficient responses from the person I’ve communicated with and they give me all the information I need and if I ask about anything else they also explain things again for me to understand thoroughly.

Wonderful customer services in the lead up to signing our daughter up. The customer services rep (Jodie) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, filling us with reassurance that this was the right platform for us.

It has all the information about the subject in order and neatly divided so you can learn it step by step. It’s really nice, also that you can attend the lessons whenever you have the time just makes me really happy to have this flexible schedule.

Had a slight problem logging in spoke to Niamh sorted it in 5seconds and made me feel very welcome to my new course

I have booked my daughter into gcse physics. Matthew Paterson was the person who was advising and helping us and he was very helpful, always quick to reply to queries.

I contacted Cloudlearn regarding a letter of reference, and although I was not able to obtain one, Matthew Patterson helpfully and quickly provided me with an alternative. I was very pleased with the speed of the service, and I also found him to be polite and friendly.

Very understanding and put my mind at ease regarding my concerns.

niamh was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. although there were some issues getting the finances through, Niamh straightened this out right away.

The tutors and staff are very helpful and generous , they are very supportive and they get back to you very quickly for any questions/ concerns you may have. However the content/notes supplied for the course are not very useful because they just take you to YouTube videos which can already be accessed for free and the notes are very lengthy to read. I would find it more useful if they had video lessons covering the topics and the practice questions being of more variety and not just taken from past papers that once again can be accessed for free. Also the exams and practicals should be covered in the fee and you shouldn't have to book them separately its very inconvenient. So although it is a friendly environment it is quite a waste of money.

Though still very new but my daughter likes and enjoying it.

Good and easy going customer services . Better learning options.

I've called in quite a few times seeking assistance and the people are so friendly and always willing to assist anytime.
