My experience with cloudlearn is excellent l was having problems to submit my exam when reach to cloudlearn , Matthew was very helpful to get my work submit, and have been very supportive because of the help and support that I he had received from the beginning of my course, l can proudly say that l will recommend cloudlearn to my friends and family to study with.

Over the moon with our experience of Cloudlearn so far! My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her courses and Keli provides excellent customer service on every occasion that I call! She went over and above to extend her course by a few months and is super helpful with exam queries. The course materials are well laid out and she is confident and knowledgeable and fully prepared for her exams. My message was answered very quickly and the problem resolved almost as fast (by Matthew Paterson). The company gave me more than I asked for and didn't charge me extra, even though the mistake was mine.

Having experienced some difficult personal circumstances, I reached out to the Customer Service team asking if there was anyway they would be able to help me get an extension on access to my course materials. Within an hour I had a reply and it was the best response I could ask for! Matthew was absolutely amazing, I couldn't have wished for a better interaction. I would like to say a big thank you to Niamh and Keli who have both been tremendous help in getting us up and running at very short notice. Very helpful and understanding, particularly Niamh who went above and beyond, when there was a change of plan to request a refund of a late exam booking, which she really didn’t have to do. This company really does have the interest of the customer at heart.

This was actually just pre lockdown, but I never reviewed our very positive experience with Cloudlearn. My son was locked into a Foundation maths set at school, with a flakey, erratic teacher, who had blocked his move (along with other unfortunate favourites) into the Higher set because she liked to hang on to the easy students. In desperation to improve his maths experience and grade I signed him up for Cloudlearn. I wish I had thought of this a year earlier! Cloudlearn was great, certainly within what an online experience can offer and streets ahead of what was happening at school. Because this was so last minute, six weeks after starting he took the Nov sitting IGCSE Maths and achieved C and a massive confidence boost. We put him in last minute, ridiculously quickly because it dawned on us that he would not be able to sit in the summer because of exams timetable at school and being unable to be on two places at once! However, he carried on with the course, extending his skills, knowledge base ,competence and confidence in Maths. Extremely worthwhile.

Niamh has been so helpful and really compassionate for a new Mum like me trying to navigate her way through biology a level with a newborn. Quick to respond and help me out. I feel super happy and inspired to keep going! Thanks Niamh!

I have just signed up to take some courses with you after looking at a few different providers, I chose you after a really excellent interaction with Student Advisors Matthew and Niamh and I would like to highly commend them both. They were friendly and informative from the start, responded quickly and gave knowledgeable answers that were perfectly tailored to me. They both clearly knew a lot and explained things very well, I was particularly impressed by how they were able to give info and make recommendations suited for my specific needs. I was initially talking to Matthew and then was assisted by Niamh when he had to take a call, I thought this was really excellently handled as they took right over from each other and didn't leave me waiting at all, they were also aware of what each other had said and were able to carry on with relevant answers without repeating anything. Their overall attitude was friendly and fun while remaining professional and informative and I though this was a really great balance as well. Excellent work!

I was kindly helped by Matthew Paterson to reactivate my account. He had remembered that I had requested to put my account on hold five months earlier and thoughtfully provided me with an extension to my subscription.

He also went out of his way to find me potential exam centres local to me after we had spoken on the phone.

I appreciate the help that I’ve received and I’m looking forward to using the online resources.

I purchased a CloudLearn A-Level Biology course and quickly realised it wasn't for me. The CloudPortal content is a series of 'lessons' that follow the exam syllabus and the video content is provided by links to third-parties. In reality it's a poorly written online text book with links to YouTube. There is also tutor support and the option to have mock papers marked. I suggest asking a lot of questions about the course presentation and seeing if that suits your learning style.
I had a really positive experience when I spoke to CloudLearn about my problems and they agreed to refund me in full but they did ask me to change my trustpilot review.

Niamh provided excellent customer service to me and resolved my query very quickly, she kept in touch all the way through the process and was very understanding, she went above and beyond to resolve everything. I believe she is a credit to your company and a great student advisor.

I purchased an English GCSE Course earlier this year but was unfortunately not able to study due to family problems. I contacted support from CloudLearn and Matthew Paterson was an amazing help. He managed to put my account on hold and managed to give me a free extension so that I could study at a later date.
He was extremely kind and understanding and overall the whole experience at CloudLearn is just incredible.
