Coach USA was a great experience. There were no problems, the bus was great and we were able to watch movies. Another thing we loved about the bus was the power outlets. I would recommend Coach USA to anyone looking for an excellent travel experience.

We hired a trolley for our wedding party for photos leading up to the wedding. The driver and trolley were punctual and tidy as we boarded to begin the afternoon. After driving for a little while, my partner and I settled into the afternoon with the rest of the bridal party, enjoying the company and calm before the ceremony later in the afternoon. Our driver took us near our first location without communicating that he would be stopping a block away for his convenience. We were happy to accommodate but would have liked to know sooner. We ended up sitting and waiting 5-10 minutes before it was clear that he was not getting closer but in fact stopped. Just a little transparency and communication in the future would be appreciated!

Our driver Jim Lavery, was wonderful as always. His great personality and professionalism 5 stars! Unfortunately it rained the day we had our trip. There was a literal waterfall inside the bus at the front seat. All the papers and items I brought onboard were wet before we left the parking lot. My seat was soaked. With the amount of water coming in and as much rain as we've had this season it seems like this would have been noticed and fixed before it got this bad. The rest of the passengers seemed comfortable and content. Most of the busses we've used need a very good thorough cleaning. It is ok that the busses are not new as long as they are clean and running well.

Great company. Drivers have all been professional and courteous. Been using them for years to take groups skiing at Seven Springs.

The service has been consistent over the years, and we generally have nice drivers who are accommodating of our groups peculiar nature (though not always). Sometimes the bus itself is not in top condition, and it can be minor (AV equipment) to major (breakdowns that cause long delays). This past year, the ceiling/roof leaked water all over the kids in the last row, which made their ride quite uncomfortable, and there was a mouse living in the overhead compartment that chewed through a number of our snacks. It would be nice to have received some recognition of the problem/damage and a customer service response other than than the driver's apology.

Our driver was very personable (Jeff Brisk). He helped all the passengers on and off the coach. He also helped get their packages out of the lower storage. We requested him for our next trip.

We have always had a good experience with Lakefront. The drivers are helpful and polite. Our only complaint is we never get newer buses with cup holders.

We had a wonderful experience with Coach USA Lenzner. We booked a coach bus for our school’s annual 8th grade ski trip. Due to extreme weather conditions, we had to postpone our trip two times. Lenzner was extremely accommodating in rescheduling our outing. Our driver was prompt and very friendly. We had an exceptionally fun day and Coach USA was a big factor in our success.

I have been using American Coach (Coach USA) in Atlanta for over 12 years. I have found them easy to do business with from June Sweeton who takes group bookings, to the dispatchers who control the busses on the day of departure to the bus drivers who drive safely and general go out of their way to provide good service while we are with them on the buses. I would be quite happy to provide a reference for anyone who is considering using their services.

Our day trip was an excellent experience thanks to Coach USA. Our bus arrived for pick up on time and our driver was absolutely wonderful in every way! He was personable, kind, and exuded confidence in his role. We had a very safe journey on a clean and well equipped coach. All amenities were exactly as described. The seats were roomy and there was a charger station in each seat. If I could give a 6 star rating, that would be my review of our experience! The company provided prompt updates and personal assistance with planning the trip. I will be booking them again for several additional trips!!!!

We booked Coach USA for our annual family Christmas trolley ride in Chicago. Everything was great! We were picked up on time in the suburbs and brought to all the sites we wanted in our allotted time. We went to Millenium Park, Christkindelmarket and got a tour of State street with the Christmas lights. The driver was fun and interactive. We felt safe and had a good plan. We'd do it again in a heartbeat.
