I’m so delighted with my dress! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a dress online especially with how affordable it is, but the quality is fantastic! It’s exactly what it looked like in the pictures. I would recommend sizing up as they do come up a little small. All of their dresses whether they are standard sizes or custom are made to order so I imagine this would make returns difficult if you don’t get the right size for you. Delivery was very quick, 4 days earlier than I expected - I ordered on 09.08.24 and it arrived on 23.09.24. 100% recommend Cocomelody ❤️

I can’t rave about this website enough. GET THE DRESS!
I was on a budget for my wedding, but i still wanted a really nice dress, and something that I felt I would love. I chose the CW3156 dress in Black, and got a custom size to be sure it fit me correctly.
I cannot explain how perfect this fits, and i can’t explain how beautiful i feel. It is indescribable. The only complaint i could even give is that during the time my dress was being made, i couldn’t get any progress pictures, but Iris explained that it was because the dress was being made in a separate factory and that honestly makes sense.

Perfect great to work with delivery quick and painless

I chose dress CW2453 with the custom size option and was very scared. Ruth and Iris really helped me and were very patient and friendly and answered all my questions. Even small details as the height of the shoes I would be wearing to get the correct length for the dress (for reference i'm 164cm and wore 3,5 cm shoes, so low heel). Everything went as planned and once the dress was shipped it came very fast. I received so many compliments from family, friends, neighbours and even from strangers on the street how beautiful, elegant and classic the dress looks. Definitely recommend this dress. The sparkle is subtle and elegant, very beautiful in different kind of lights. I also had a custom two tier veil with the same lace as the dress. Very happy customer :). The dress seems as a proper bridal gown but it's very easy to wear. The dress has a train to give effect, but is still short enough that it is comfortable to walk in. When walking it sort of always laid out beautiful on its own. So thank you cocomelody!

Beautiful dress, exactly as as pictured, but I had mine made tea length. How great to be able to do that. They questioned one of my measurements--and they were right!!! It only took a couple of weeks for this to be made to my specs. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend.

I purchased a lace wedding dress (CW 2375) from Cocomelody in a standard size 10. The quality of the dress was beautiful! The lace on the dress also looked high quality and elegant. The customer service has also been quick to respond. I requested a picture of the dress in Ivory colour as the website only had the tan/white colour and within 24 hours, I received a response from the staff at Cocomelody with the picture of the wedding dress in Ivory. My wedding dress was also made and delivered much quicker than the expected delivery date -received it in 6 weeks instead of 3 months. I highly recommend purchasing from Cocomelody for future brides!

I want to tell you all my experience with Cocomelody for my black wedding dress.

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be white and asked them to make it black. This was no problem and they are very responsive. I also had the dress custom fit.

The dress was held in customs and I had to pay over £200 to have to delivered. I contacted Cocomelody as I was devastated. It's not their fault of course and they even have it explained on their site that these taxes are difficult for them to predict as every county is different.

They apologised even though it wasn't their fault. They made up for the extra expense by sending me all my accessories for my wedding for free to help with the tax charges. This was extremely thoughtful and they even responded to every email quickly.

They are sending me a veil, jewellery set and tiara for free. As you all know that would have cost me they same money.

The dress is stunning and extremely good quality. It feels and looks like it cost 1000's. The fit is perfect except around the breast area but that is due to my measurements being wrong. I am luckily getting it altered for free.

A big thank you to Iris, the person emailing me. You are amazing and you made a very stressful and scary situation so much better. Plus, I have my beautiful dress that I feel like a wonderful gothy princess in. I want to wear it everyday 🤣

I was skeptical about ordering a wedding dress online, but I am SO glad that I did. I ordered the dress with the custom measurement option and it fit like a glove. The quality is exactly like the photos and video. It is absolutely perfect. I brought it to a seamstress to add a bustle and she couldn’t believe I got it online.

The team at Cocomelody was responsive and supportive every step of the way. I feel like I had a custom dress made just for me. I’m positive if I asked them beforehand to add a bustle, they would have without question. I cannot recommend them enough!

The dress was beautifully made and so comfortable!! I ended up getting custom sizing and didn’t even need to get it altered! It was absolutely perfect!!! Wonderfully priced but it did take about 3 months to get to me so make sure you order early!

Don't shop COCOMELOY, because they are scammers. If the color is different or there is a problem, there is no customer service. When making a return, you need to return it to China and confirm receipt of the package before you can get a refund, and you will also need to pay 20 % of RESTOCKING Fee. you just lost your money.
I spent nearly 50,000 US dollars to join COCOMELODY. When my customers complained 6 BRIDESMAIDS DRESS, its two different color ,they don’t trying to solve the customer's problem, they kept asking dealers to buy the wrong products, without any sense of service. So, I canceled my cooperation with COCOMELODY.

very bad of cocomelody, poor service, and if color is not same as they said, you need retrning the product back to china,which cost you alot just get what you pay, that the game they try to pay with customer, there are many hidden refund fee, looks you just got robbed with they mistake.

Ordered a MOB dress with custom sizing. Started corresponding with Iris who made taking measurements very clear to ensure a custom fit. Less than for weeks later my dress arrived and fits like it was made for me, because it was. I’m so glad I ordered it.

BE AWARE - return policy is a SCAM. Shipping information was inaccurate, and the dress ended up arriving later than expected. It did not fit, and the support team offered me 50% of the price of the dress for a refund. They said return shipping would cost too much.

There is nothing in their return policy about this issue. If the dress will fit you, you won’t have a problem. But be aware - essentially they don’t take returns!

I spent a lot of time online discussing this CW3152 dress with the Cocomelody staff in chat before I was comfortable ordering it. I place the order around March 15 during the anniversary sale and received it end of April, 2 weeks before my wedding. I got it completely custom made measurements, asked to not add the extra train and got expedited shipping. It was worrisome to order online but it went without a hitch. The dress was absolutely gorgeous. If I didn't lose 15 pounds by the time I got it, it would have fit like a glove. I'm the daughter of a seamstress and have some decent skills. I was able to give them the measurements to the T and when it came, I was able to alter it myself by adding a corset lace back to tighten it because I had lost 4 inches around my waist. That's not their fault. I also added some petals inside the bust to make it more "church decent" because the nude sheer cleavage was really low. I took the arms in a little also.
The craftsmanship and care put into this dress was impeccable. I eventually decided that the embroidery was machine made and placed because the symmetry was insane! My job as a kid when my mom made dresses was to sew beads and petals but there's no way I could get them that symmetrical. That said, the measurements were exactly as they were given. They did add a little bit to the length which I wish they hadn't because I'm short and I had to cut it then went a little too far. But it all worked out.
My advice for othe brides is to not hesitate to buy from Cocomelody. Their work is to die for. Just order early so you have time and can do alterations as needed. Don't hesitate to ask questions or see if they'll change something. The people in the chat are super responsive and helpful. They don't just give you an answer without checking it's possible. And for the price and work they did, it's unmatched value. I wish I had a bigger budget and could have tipped them more. I'm glad this was perfect on my special day. Thank you!

I've been corresponding with COCOMELODY from day. Every email was responded to rather quickly, questions were answered, and purchase was a breeze. My only issue was DHL delivery system that most people can agree is trash. But thankfully I've received my gorgeous dress that I can't wait to wear in October. Thank you team COCOMELODY.

I’m so glad I went with Cocomelody! I had a 100% online experience buying my wedding dress from Cocomelody. I reached out via email for an update about the status when I was around the end of the 45 day production time, and they responded very quickly and were so friendly and helpful. My dress arrived only two days after I received a notification that it shipped. It’s so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! The quality of the dress is amazing, and I can’t believe I got it for such a low price. I ordered a standard size, so it will need some minor alterations. I can’t wait to wear it!
