Brilliant customer service. I bought a salt grinder and a pepper grinder some months back, the salt one decided it would only work intermittently. Annoying. I contacted Cooks, asked for advice and they replaced the faulty\lazy grinder. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Well done Cooks.

Wow. I wish I read these 1 star reviews prior to buying anything from this shambolic company. Purchased their bamboo cutting boards only over a year ago and the vegetable board just decided to break in half - no misuse, just regular chopping and washing. Emailed customer service as apparently the boards had a two year warranty. Nope. Supposedly if you buy through Amazon you only get one year warranty. Why that makes a lick of difference I have no idea. So I go ahead and buy a replacement board myself through their website. That arrives broken. So I email them again and provide photos of the broken board. “Oh we are so sorry, we will send a replacement board straight away”. Well it’s been a full month now with constant back and forth from this company, no tracking number and no replacement. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM COOKS PROFESSIONAL. More like Crooks Professional. That’s a better name I think.

I used this company some time ago. Great product still have it.. however recently bought a coffee machine and it stopped working and the daily fell off. They are trying everything to blame me , backhanderle saying I've abused it as ... They don't break easy !! They said. So yeh when something goes wrong they appear to blame the customer . It's a genuine issue, and they just don't want to be responsible, just keep asking how it broke. Or why it broke.. well obviously its faulty ?? But not getting anywhere with them .. so will see what happens. Probably gonna report them to the trading standards. But we shall see. Keep you updated. New message ... They want it sending back.... With the original packaging ?? Who keeps all the boxes and polstryene etc .. if everyone kept every box etc you would need a spare room , everything you buy turns up in boxes , where you supposed to store them all .. seriously !!

Ordered two sets of mugs as gifts. Unfortunately one of the mugs was chipped. Contacted customer service who replied straight away apologised and said they would look into straight away.
They contacted me to say they couldn’t replace the mug and would be sending me a replacement set of four.
They arrived the next day.
The whole experience was more than satisfactory. The communication from start to finish was great and made me feel a very valued customer.

After some research I purchased the Cooks professional Mini Oven. Honestly folks, its one of worse buying decisions I have ever made. It was quickly delivered and looks the part BUT it is impossible to achieve the correct temperature, food in the oven is either undercooked or burnt. I have tried home cooked , and ready meals ...result is the same , usually burnt on the bottom as I would rather cope with burnt than food poisoning from undercooked.
The control knobs are also difficult to read as they are in black so you have to peer to see where the gauge is set to... all in all incredibly disappointing. I emailed their customer service to ask for it to be returned, I was met with sarcasm and patronising responses, they would not accept that it was not functioning properly and kept saying that they would test it in the lab and then I would have to pay to have it returned, in the end I gave up...obviously I am unable to recommend this particular product and due to the poor customer service, would suggest you give Cooks Professional a big swerve..

After a wobbly start where delivery was delayed; no correct or up to date information was being given by Amazon; then being told that the item was damaged and being returned to the seller, I really regretted ordering a slow cooker. This was a time sensitive gift so I was losing patience before it was sorted out. However, Raveena kept me informed and sent a replacement immediately which arrived the next day. A company which resolves problems quickly is worth a good review.

reported a faulty ice maker to Cooks Professional and they lived up to their name! Raveena in customer service attended to my emails immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement machine. very helpful and very quick service..many thanks

We got salt and pepper grinders, one was great quality and the other was damaged. No hassle in reporting the problem, just a quick email with a photo and we got a refund the next day.

Came with a free 2 year warranty so cannae grumble.

Brilliant customer service and small issue resolved straight away with ease.

The product was really nice but 1 of cannisters was labelled incorrectly I emailed them and asked for a replacement. They apologised an Sent me a whole new set which arrived the next day and didn't want me to send the old ones back. That's what I call customer service. I will definitely use this company again

Excellent product, a lovely bread bin and exemplary customer service. Despite the delivery going astray purely due to incompetent couriers Amazon Shipping, the response from Cooksprofessional could not have been more helpful enabling the issue to be resolved speedily. Would buy from Cooksprofessional again without hesitation.

AI response (paraphrased) to query concerning availability of NutriBlend (BLACK finish, advertised): "sorry this information is not available within our database, we cannot therefore comment" In other words: "I don't know and am not about to find out." As Customer Service goes, shocking - are we staring at the future? Here's a suggestion (a 'human' CS Team might do): "how about 'you'/Cooks Professional offer to phone, check with your NutriBlend product manufacturer (which must be on a humongous scale), and confirm?

just received my bean-to-cup espresso machine and I'm in love. can pull an incredible shot with a great creme and the steamer is perfect for latte art (a hobby of mine). I love how customisable the grind and pull time settings are. delivery time was speedy and I can't wait to master my latte art !!

I bought the professional bread maker, which makes excellent larger, normally shaped loaves. However I mislaid one of the two instruction booklets that come with it. This contains recipe amount details for the various programmes. I phoned Customer care and spoke toJamie, who was extremely helpful. He spoke to his team, who managed to find a copy from a returned machine which they sent to me.I thought this was extremely good customer care.

I purchased a cooks Hot water dispenser a few months back and it has been brilliant for saving money but also how it looks in the new kitchen. I have just ordered new filters and forgot to change my delivery address. I have been speaking to Sam who sorted it all out. Great customer service and I would recommend to anyone.

I’m really impressed with Cooks Professional. The countertop oven I purchased is excellent quality, feels very well made, and has performed brilliantly so far. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design and build.
Delivery was exceptionally quick, and the communication throughout the order process was first class. I was kept informed at every stage, which made the whole experience completely hassle-free.
Great product, speedy service and excellent customer communication. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cooks Professional and will definitely consider them again for future purchases.
