Over the moon with my beautiful cannisters!
I purchased a set of tea coffee and sugar cannisters in black with a silver label. At first I wasn't sure if they would be "too much" after having had chrome ones for more years than I care to remember but they are absolutely gorgeous! They have attracted a great deal of praise and I LOVE them! I put my warranty out in the recycling by accident but contacted the company directly to explain my predicament. Their Customer Service was exceptional and they could not have been any more helpful. The cannisters have a two year warranty and are very well made. I fully intend to use this amazing company again and will definitely buy more products from the range. Top marks!

Superb Customer Service
Superb Customer Service, I had a problem with my original Mini Cooker, I returned it, and they sent me a refurbished model, which is as new.
My husband had a stroke last year and only likes to use this oven ( mainly Cheese on Toast Lol} as his balance means he cant use the main oven.

Selling faulty goods
Bought a hot water dispenser in August 2025. Last month it stopped pouring hot water and emainating a melting plastic smell. When I contacted them they asked for a video of it not heating up, which I did, they them wanted me to return it to "repair it" in informed them, due to the fire risk, I had placed it outside. Now they won't do anything, very very disappointing.

My can opener stopped working within 3 months i contacted the firm they responded within 24 hours and was sent a replacement within 3 days very impressed with the service recieved and would certainly reccomend them to anyone would definitley use them again

Mini oven arrived but damaged, probably in transit. Contacted Cooks who promptly arranged collection to suit our schedule. Replacement arrived 2 hours later.

Highly Recommend Cooks Professional
I have been using Cooks Professional for a handful of purchases over the last few years and have only ever encounter one small issue recently with their hot water dispenser .
I emailed their customer service team and credit where it is due responded immediately and acknowledged the fault without question - with the issue itself resolved within 3 days once the missing part was received .
Outstanding customer service , quick resolution and a happy customer .

There website they have pretty much 5 stars but trustpilot shows a true reflection.
You can make your own opinion to if you think the ones on there website or real or fake.
They sell there knock off products on marketplaces which is where I got mine the range lets them sell a little like eBay but step in.
The image looked nothing like it and these are huge, have been going back and forth now and they are ridiculously slow at replying.
I have just sent one more reply telling them if they don’t issue my return label I will chargeback.
For anyone having issues like this under consumer law they can’t make return process tricky mine was a simple return not as described. If you have an issue simply call the bank and chargeback.

Cooks Professional provided excellent customer service when I reached out to them about my slow cooker, which, although had been well packaged, unfortunately had arrived chipped on the inside. They were very quick to respond. They were polite and courteous and were happy to provide a replacement inner pot. The replacement arrived promptly. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the excellent customer service. The slow cooker is great quality. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Heated Clothes Airer with Cover
Highly recommended this clothes dryer, I even used it after the tumble dryer, all the clothes are fresher, especially in the wet days, helps me to sore out the children clothes quickly.

Still waiting for my refund for a next day delivery order that was never delivered. Its day 10. Terrible service. Worst customer service experience in on line shopping experience. After several emails back and forth they did acknowledge their courier did not deliver the parcel but are reluctant to refund my money. Scum.

As confirmed in our previous correspondence, once the courier investigation was completed and non-delivery was verified, a full refund was processed for you. Please allow a short time for this to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
While we fully appreciate that delays and failed deliveries are extremely disappointing, particularly with next-day orders, we do ask that feedback remains respectful. Our team worked to resolve the issue once the courier confirmed the outcome.
We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
