Duel air fryer no good wont come on and less than 6 months old only use handful of times

I bought an ice cream machine which needed to be replaced due to it being faulty. I reached out to customer support, and by the next day, the new one had arrived. Sam, who dealt with me, was super and extremely personable.

I'm extremely pleased with my ice cream maker and the customer service from Cooks Professional has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend them and the machine.

Bought the Cooks Professional Ice Cream machine with mix! The Ice cream is delicious! Better than any Mr whippy you can buy! The machine is easy to use and clean! A family favourite in this household! Would highly recommend this product to anyone!!!!

Sold something as in stock, them told its out of stock until the middle of the following month after I chased to ask where it was. Asked again in the middle of month for a delivery date and email has been ignored. No number for contact on website. Awful company. Definitely to be avoided.

Cooks Professional have replaced the item that went astray, was definitely not their fault but was the courier who failed to deliver to my address.
Am really pleased with my Cooks Professional products, they are superb quality and I can highly recommend them.

Had an unexpected problem with our breadmaker. Can’t praise Cooksprofessional enough for the speed and efficiency with which this was sorted out.
As a side issue they are now using paper packaging instead of plastic where possible. Full marks for that!

I had purchased the salt and pepper mill in Copper I had a small issue 8 months down the line and the customer service I have received is superior. No if's or but's all sorted within a couple of days. Thank you Sam

This is an excellent espresso machine, good coffee, easy to use and very quiet.

Customer service is great too. I had a minor issue which was quickly sorted out.

My experience was ok I was missing a few parts but with the amazing help of the employees of this company today they have sent out the new ones.

I just wanted to say great customer service. I'm looking at a dual air fryer for my Mum. I had some questions so called and spoke to a very nice lady called Sam. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Very prompt response to my enquiry and new product delivered in just two days. Couldn’t ask for more helpful staff.

Very pleased with customer service, I emailed with photos of the damaged salt and pepper grinders and I was sent a replacement straight away by Emily. Very happy 😃
