I WILL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES ABOUT YOUR TRADING STANDARDS! YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW AND MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER! AS A SELLER YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE UNTIL THE GOODS ARE IN MY POSSESION!
I am writing to formally request a full refund for my order, as the goods have not been delivered to me.
I understand that you have stated that the parcel is currently under investigation with Parcelforce. However, this investigation has now been ongoing for an unreasonable amount of time, and I remain without the goods that I paid for.
I would also point out that the delivery driver attended my address and I personally confirmed to him that I could not locate or find the parcel. Therefore, it is clear that I have not received the goods.
Under Section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the trader is responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered to the consumer. The fact that the parcel is being investigated by your delivery provider does not change the fact that I have not received my order.
I therefore do not consider it reasonable to be required to wait indefinitely for an investigation between yourselves and Parcelforce. My contract for the purchase of the goods is with you, and I am requesting that you resolve the matter by issuing my full refund.
Please confirm within 7 days that my refund has been processed.
If you refuse to provide the refund, please provide your reasons in writing, including the legal basis on which you believe you are entitled to retain my payment despite the goods not having been delivered to me.

We are sorry that you are unhappy, but we feel it is important to clarify the facts.
The statement that we have not responded to the you is incorrect. We replied to their email on the same day, fully explaining that we had opened an investigation with Parcelforce and were actively pursuing the matter with the carrier.
The parcel was dispatched with full tracking, and Parcelforce's tracking records it as delivered to the address provided. A delivery photograph was also taken showing the parcel inside the communal hallway.
As you have advised you cannot locate the parcel, we have asked Parcelforce to investigate the circumstances of the delivery and are awaiting their findings.
We understand your frustration, but we do not believe describing our long-established family business as "scammers" is fair or accurate. The order was dispatched, delivery was recorded, and we have responded to and actively pursued your concerns.
We will continue to work directly with you, while also working with Parcelforce, to establish what has happened and resolve the matter appropriately.
Best sewing machine shop ever
