The delivery man was a bit rough but it was well packaged so no harm done. The item was as described.

I found this website when I was looking for an induction hob. The NEFF hob I chose was £379 on the John Lewis website, so I was happy to find it £70 cheaper on this site, and only £5 more for delivery. I hadn’t heard of this supplier, but was reassured by the number of excellent reviews. I got a phone call the next day to say it was being dispatched, and it was delivered three working days later. Very happy with it!

Ordered Wed no notification of delivery. Contacted customer support on the following Monday. Parcel still at depot. Picked up by DPD Monday and was ready for delivery Tuesday. As we were away had delivered Wed. Package was very badly ripped open which delivery driver took photo of. Found a dent in the front outer surface which stands out. Very disappointing in a new microwave with such an obvious dent. Customer care were very polite and helpful.
