Staffs Appliance Centre Reviews

Good customer service... checked my address and that I was happy with my order before then sending.

The cooker hood that I bought was fine and was delivered on time. The only negative so far concerns the delivery. The driver refused to remove the item from the pallet and take it down the path alongside the house (a distance of about 10 metres on the level). My kitchen fitters stepped in and carried it around the house for me. The driver then told them that he didn't need the pallet and left it behind for me to sort out! Is this normal behaviour?!

The staff made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service.

A well priced fridge freezer, granted it was slightly damaged. The customer service was great, with a call from the guys to confirm my order and when the delivery would be. I'd recommend using them.

Placing an order was a breeze. The team kept me well-informed and maintained great communication throughout the delivery process. Outstanding support from the customer service team. Much appreciated!

Good price excellent customer service, received a courtesy phone call checking my order & address for delivery. Delivered on time.
Would definitely use again.

Of course! Please provide the text of the review you would like me to rephrase.

Ordered a Teknix 9 kilo Heat Pump
Tumble Dryer on Thursday 13/11/25 delivered on the Tuesday 18/11/25 quick delivery and a very good price also drying time is fantastic after having 2 Bosch Heat Pump Tumble Dryers and my bad experience with them and failing within two years and the expense of purchasing them in the first place also had an Amica that lasted about 7 years this Teknix puts all of them to shame.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, couldn’t do enough really guiding me what would be more suitable for our needs
