I bought a dishwasher for a competitive price, prompt delivery, and great customer service. They gave me a call after the order and informed me (track and trace) during the whole process.

Purchased my dryer, washer, ovens, dishwasher and fridge from Tom at Staffs appliance centre. I saved £100's compared to other appliance companies, all came with warranty, graded accurately. Reliable and friendly service. Definitely recommend. Will use again.

The staff in the shop were very pleasant and very helpful.
It's a place where I will always come to buy my electrical goods from

I always find what i am looking for ar a reasonable price.

Simple purchase. Excellent communication with regards to shipping. Delivered on time as arranged with great care.
Overall brilliant!

Used this company for the first time and was very impressed. Good communication and delivery was very quick. Arrived well packed. Competitively priced. Would not hesitate to use again.

Originally told I was unable to get this cooker hood as no longer made. Was delighted to find this one on eBay and with the use of a voucher got substantial discount. Brilliant communication from this firm. Very nice polite phone call prior to shipping to confirm delivery address and to inform me of a very small mark on the outer casing. I appreciated their honesty but compared to the cooker hood it was replacing ( which was completely shot) that was insignificant to me.
It arrived 48 hours sooner than expected.
The hood is now installed, works and looks great .....and I've yet to find the above mentioned mark.
Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The fridge/freezer arrived very quickly and exactly as advised. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
