Staffs Appliance Centre Reviews

Great service speedy delivery great bunch of guys always use when need new appliances

Really helpful, pleasant guy who served us, great service, would definitely use again.

Purchased a Bosch Series 6 70CM Fridge Freezer, which was B grade. The fault was clearly displayed in photos on the website, with a scratch to the right side, of the fridge freezer. (this is now positioned against a wall and cannot be seen) and there was a great saving.
The delivery was excellent with the best communication. Please note the delivery was on a pallet in a large lorry. This may be an issue if your delivery is to a property with limited access / parking.

Fabulous company. Received a call confirming my order and describing my fridge and delivery process.
Fridge delivered on time by the courier company. Items as described, value for money. Would 100% use and recommend this super friendly professional business. Thank you 🌻

Very good service and good price. Will definitely use them again.

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I purchased a graded washing machine with only the most minute scratch, offered at an excellent price, and the quality far exceeded my expectations.
Delivery was expedited at my request and arranged for the very next day, free of charge; a level of service that truly reflects care and professionalism. The customer service was impeccable throughout, making the entire process seamless and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking both quality and outstanding service.

Excellent communication. A courtesey phone call to confirm the web order and explain the delivery process. Afterwards follow-up emails and texts allowed me to track the order and arrange the delivery.

Very happy customer

Ordered item was value for money and as described on the website would definitely order from this company again - there was a problem with the delivery company and it arrived a day late

Very helpful staff and fast delivery

Excellent from start to finish.
We went on a Saturday to buy a washing machine. The gent was very helpful and friendly, as well as being able to offer the right advice.
We purchased one and they booked in the free delivery on the Monday.
Delivery was great- they contacted me when nearby (having already told me a 2 hour window on Saturday) and unpacked it all upon arrival.
Thank you for excellent service throughout.

Good prices and excellent service.
