I ordered a screwdriver for my Janome…
I ordered a screwdriver for my Janome sewing machine and when the parcel arrived there was a foot lifter lever in it , I checked the invoice and it had someone else’s name and address on it , I rang Couling Sewing machines and spoke to a very nice lady who arranged for my screwdriver to be delivered , it arrived 2 days later which was very good , I hope the other person got his foot lifter replacement just as quickly , I know this isn’t typical of of this company as I have ordered from them several times before and never had a problem , I will continue to use them in the future .

I am always honest
I am always honest. I am very disappointed with my 1st order which leaves me no confidence in your Company. The item I ordered was not the item I received, not only that but, I was informed that the return cost was down to me. Can you believe this, I didn’t get what I ordered and I have to pay for the mistake made at your end. It would have made you a better Company if you had sent my actual order ASAP but I think you will wait until my return arrives to you.
All in all this is a very honest review, 1 star was too much. I do hope the item I paid for is on the way back to me with £4.25 postage refund I paid for the return.

Delivery was fast however I’ve received a piping food for 9mm that is only 5mm so need to return. Shame when I’ve paid £7 for expedited shipping. Otherwise happy

Good morning,
Sorry to hear this wasn't the foot you required.
The zip foot you bought was for Category B+C machines,
The piping foot was for Category D machines - which is what the 9mm refers to as these machines have a wider swing/width so the feet are bigger. In the item description of the foot itself it does state it is a 5mm piping foot.
In Category B+C feet the only Piping foot Janome make is for max 5mm piping cord.
If you wish to exchange the foot for something else then please let us know.

They are my go to place for all my spare parts for the brother machines also any accessories I need.
Monday afternoon I ordered a brother trolly bag and a few more accessories, it was free delivery so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive for a few days, however I was quite taken back as I got an email to say it’s going to be delivered tomorrow.
Less than 24 hours and it was on my doorstep, that’s what you call a service.
