we went into the store at Newcastle…
we went into the store at Newcastle under Lyme to look for a tv stand and a lovely sales team name Stan came to us what we were looking for and pointed us into the right direction then left us alone to discuss what we wanted we will Deffenightly go again.

We had a great experience in ur Store…
We had a great experience in ur Store (Dudley) great support from one of your staff members Haz - worked well with me and my wife to find the perfect sofa and manage to put individual sofa sets to create a great pair that worked well for us, showed us different options and and allowed us to leave happen with a sofa and sofa chair which worked well for a first home, great store to visit with plenty options and great staff that worked well with its customers for positive outcome.

We had a look around store and spotted…
We had a look around store and spotted the sofa we had been looking for. There was 30% off marked price so we took the plunge we also opted for the 5 year guarantee £120 then it was just check delivery and date it could be delivered. Sorted in no time the sofa was in stock and we sorted a proposed date for delivery which was £89.illa was very helpful and experienced

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWING RECLINER ISSUE
Last March, we purchased a new suite from Cousins.
Middle of July, we had an issue, on of the recliners switches stopped working. We contacted them and they sent out a technician. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed immediately. They needed to order the part.
Cousins kept in touch with us by phone and email throughout.
Once the part arrived, the technician called us and arranged an appointment to fix the recliner.
He was prompt and fixed the issue. It now works properly.
Throughout, all the staff were very polite and helpful.
