Quick and easy checkout, especially with an account! Fast and efficient delivery with beautiful packaging. Thanks guys!!

The company is safe, the packages always arrive and they also add stickers and discounts

Easy to order & pay, great website,

Highly recommended ;)

Quick delivery and great products.

Great quality products

I've been buying my plugs from these guys for years now and I can't imagine buying from anywhere else! The quality of the products are superb and the customer service is second to none👌 (the packaging is kickass as well)

Great work, guys!

Brilliant! Lovely items, great quality. I'm very happy.

Perfect service! great delivery times, quality of plugs, communication is great & never a problem! can't wait to put another order down!

my order got lost twice but they were able to help me figure it out and reshipped my package 🖤

Amazing. Cute plugs and tunnels and very often they'll send out a free pair for being a loyal customer!

Straight forward process when ordering and quick delivery. Picked a pair of plugs and got a discount, then went ahead and paid for the mystery bag for a pair of plugs and again they have impressed me with what I got

Excellent quality.
Highly recommended.

Great communication and great quality product!

Great range of options and sizes to choose from. I went for the Rose Quartz and Labradorite stone plugs. Really quick delivery and they look absolutely stunning. Will definitely be ordering more.

Always fast delivery and great customer service.

I have been a proud member of the ‘Custom Plugs family’ for YEARS!
They are - hands down - THE loveliest team I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from (and is why I will continue to do so!)
Super friendly and super responsive support team, and that statement is applied to everyone over the 6+ years I’ve spoken to in response to an order.

Quality and variety of plugs is always top notch, and even if there is an issue with an order, their customer service is always brilliant. They’re super helpful in rectifying said issues, and always go above and beyond!

Honestly, these are my go to! And I cannot recommend them enough!!

Ordered some black and white marble silicone plugs, once i'd reached the right size i put them in, they felt incredible, really high quality, a few weeks later, the white silicone started to yellow horribly on just one plug.

Reached out to customer service thinking they would make it right as they have "100% satisfaction guaranteed",

I was told unfortunately as it's been 10 months they wouldn't offer a replacement, understandable but as its less than a year, they aren't the cheapest plugs and the company appears to pride themselves on quality, it wasn't a reply i was expecting

Took money for order. Once confirmation came through they emailed to vaguely say they had supply issues so orders may take longer than said. 3 weeks later no item has turned up and have requested refund with no response.

Site is clearly selling items they don’t possess and are not sure when or if they can get them for customers. Clear sign of a business operating in bad faith. Avoid.
