Custom Plugs UK
Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

The delivery is amazingly quick and all…
The delivery is amazingly quick and all the things I've bought have came within 2 business days after I ordered and I've always been 100% happy with all of them. I was suggested this brand when I started my eye stretching journey and I'm so happy I chose them. I couldn't have had a better experience with stretching my ears

Thank you very much! So glad to hear :D have a lovely day!!!
Excellent service provided
I recently ordered, and mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the plugs that I needed. Carmelo Was the support agent who reached out to me initially about my order, and the one who assisted me throughout in order to get an exchange. Their responsiveness, and approach to handling the issues on my order (which were my fault) were ideal and incredibly appreciated. An example of a great employee.

The Best plugs around!
Nothing makes me happier than seeing that sick looking envelope come through my door! I ordered a selection of plugs and tunnels on there free plug promotion and like everything that they've chosen to add to my order!
The mystery checkout plugs are always a solid addition to all of my orders! Will continue to grow my collection using them for many years to come! ❤️

Order not received and not trackable
These plugs were suggested to my son because of the high reviews he ordered them January 24th and a month later still hasn't received them. He's contacted the websites customer service many times and their responses are to contact the mail carrier for our issue. The mail carrier that was "supposedly" used and shows on tracking on our end cannot be tracked due to the order being out of the US. No refund and no product!

Hello Kelsay, I'm very sorry to hear about the disappointing experience with us. Unfortunately, we are currently aware of a few delays with orders travelling with USPS in the United States. As we have no way to control the courier or contact them directly, we kindly ask to the customers to get in touch with USPS directly to receive a clear update on the situation first. In case this is not possible or no response has been received, we are more than happy to find an alternative solution. I have responded to your original email offering a replacement or a full refund for your inconvenience. I hope to hear from you soon! Have a great day :)
