Hi Jordan! Thank you for the review and for your orders with us :) Have the best day!
Absolutely brilliant company
I didn't know what size plugs I wanted except they had to be really small. The help and patience I got from the team was fantastic as I exchanged twice which wasn't a problem at all. Eventually I got exactly what I had been looking for.

Amazing service
Been buying from this website for a while now, only ever had one slight hiccup
I received a duplicate of the previous order by accident however after a few emails back and forward with their customer service agent Carmelo we managed to get it all sorted!
Extremely pleased with how this was handled and will be returning for another order soon

Hello, I can see you only ordered 24th jan 25. Orders take 5-7 working days to arrive overseas. it has only been 3 working days as we don't count weekends. I hope this helps. We have no control over any tracking updates. But should you have any queries our customer service team can help :)
Absolutely phenomenal
Absolutely phenomenal! I absolutely love my new tunnels and plugs! They are such amazing quality and I couldn’t be happier! It’s so difficult to find 30mm sizes anywhere, so that makes my heart so happy! I will absolutely be a return customer!

Hello Markus, This ID request was made by customs in your country. This is a rare occurrence but sometimes happens if you have a similar name to someone else that isn't able to get mail delivered and is affectively blacklisted. Customs had to make sure this wasn't the case once they have done their checks your order will be released. I can only apologise for the delay. The order is now in the hand of the customs clearance teams in your country.
Thanks
Amazing!
Super impressed with the quality of the tunnels, I’ve made 3 orders this week!
Looking forward to future purchases!
Really speedy delivery, too!
11/10!!!

Amazing brand 🖤
I love this brand. I order things for myself and for my partner every so often and have done for years. They thank customers that return and order frequently which is a massive bonus and one of the reasons I always go back to them. I will continue to order from them for years to come. Great customer service too. 🖤

Literally made a trust pilot account just to leave these guys a review. Always seem to throw in freebies whether it’s stickers or pins or as of my last purchase a £25 voucher these guys are amazing. Customer service is incredible and as a business manager myself excellence deserves recognition. 🤘🏻

My Fave Store for Plugs & Tunnels
Got my Black Friday delivery today and they gave me a free pair of plugs for being a frequent customer! That was so sweet, thank you! I love ordering from Custom Plugs — items always are reasonably priced and always arrive on time and in good condition. I've not had to use the plug exchange promise yet, but I think it's awesome that they even offer that service. Keep being awesome! :)
