Great service and speedy
I have used Cyclescheme before and have always had great service. This time the voucher arrived within a week. They are readily accepted by most bike shops and I had no problem buying my equipment. Online tools and communication are great.

Quick and efficient
Simple and effective process that was far quicker than expected. From applying to having the voucher available to purchase the bicycle was two working days.

The scheme does exactly what it promises. The process of receiving and redeeming the certificate was very convenient and straightforward. All I had to do was apply — everything else was taken care of behind the scenes. I received my certificate in under a week, as far as I recall.
