Chasing me for money
Poor communication and frustrating customer service.
I was chased for months for money that had already been paid through my employer. After eventually paying them directly as well, I have had no clear response or confirmation from them.
They were quick to contact me when they believed money was owed, but since I have asked for clarification on whether I have overpaid, there has been radio silence. Really disappointing and unprofessional

Simple, quick and very satisfying.
Simple application process and with the quick agreement and engagement of my employer it was all sorted in a couple of weeks. Just make sure that your chosen supplier can get you the bike you want (as I did) because some bikes can have long delivery schedules. The retailer was massively helpful and I’m delighted with the speed and ease of the whole process.

A new bike.
Saw a bike I'd been after for a while, new model came out, got a quote for it plus a few extras. Filled out application online, reviewed the process. Took about two weeks to sort. Returned back to shop and now have a new bike :)
