Excellent service and expert advice
The service was excellent from start to finish. I changed my mind several times while choosing a bike and looked at a number of different options, but the team remained patient, professional, and focused on helping me find the right one.
There was no pressure, no unnecessary sales talk, and all advice was practical and honest. The bike was fully prepared and fitted with the additional accessories I requested before collection.
I’ve already had my first ride and I’m very happy with the result. The bike size feels right, and riding with clipless shoes and pedals is a completely new experience.
A great customer experience, knowledgeable staff, and excellent preparation of the bike. I would definitely recommend them.

Really bad customer service and unreliable platform
Had the worst experience ever with Cyclesheme. Their platform hasn't worked. I have been on the phone to them every day for 2 weeks trying to get a certificate out of them. I keep getting told someone will call me back to get me off the phone but nothing. Frustrating that I can't arrange with another provider for the bike I want.

The whole process was simple, and fairly quick and I was in possession of my new bike within a month of applying. The financial savings available by using the scheme were one of the reasons I went ahead, and I actually saved more than I expected.

Cyclescheme is the of the best that is out there, unfortunately it been let down by the supplier (Evans Cycles). I had my bike delivered by courier, arrived on the day and at the expected time. However, it would appear that Evans failed to test the bike before delivery as it faulty and unusable. ( Speed sensor fault). Tried to contact Evans, however you get stuck in the chatbot, eventually managed to get email. It's nearly been a week and still no contact from Evans, totally unacceptable.

Very Frustrating Experience
Very Frustrating Experience
I wanted to purchase a Fiido Titan long-range e-bike through the CycleScheme programme. However, I found the CycleScheme website difficult to use when trying to locate a specific bike model. It appears to focus on identifying participating local dealers, but offers limited assistance in finding stockists for particular brands or models, which meant contacting multiple dealers individually.
After contacting CycleScheme, I was referred to a dealer in Wandsworth, around 40 miles from where I live. I explained that this was not a practical option and was advised that a closer stockist would be identified. Unfortunately, I did not receive any further update from Jolyon.
Salary deductions began once my certificate was issued, despite me not yet having located a suitable dealer for the bike I wanted. As a result, I felt I had little choice but to proceed with the Wandsworth dealer.
Six months later, deductions are still being made from my salary, yet I do not have the bike. Despite raising my concerns, I have not received a resolution that addresses the issues I encountered.
Overall, I found the process disappointing and would have appreciated better support in locating a suitable stockist and resolving the problems that followed.

Unfortunately, retailers are not asked to specify what brands of bikes they stock (however some of the larger stores may let us know), only that the bikes conform to UK regulations (in regards to E-bikes). We do not have a stock finder so that means we have to do a manual search, which I can see we have done in this case.
If a user would like a specific bike, we do try our best to locate the closest retailer, however sometimes that does mean you would have to travel or call the retailer directly at your own convenience depending on the model/location. We cannot move stock around as retailers are independent of Cyclescheme.
Cyclescheme have no access to your salary or payroll - deductions are taken by your employer directly. If you are having issues receiving your bike, please let us know by contacting the team on info@cyclescheme.co.uk, however you would need to speak directly to the retailer for updates/info on bike delivery.
