We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Hope IVF clinic from start to finish. The entire team specially care coordinator Gezem was incredibly compassionate, professional, and supportive throughout our journey. Zeren and doctor Zehra (team Z) were very sweet, understanding and patient with us. They listened to our wishes and they made our dream come true. After 2 boys we are now 17 weeks pregnant with our girl. They made our family complete. 🫶🏻 I would highly recommend them. Zeren was amazing through the whole process. Nothing was too much. I could contact her at any time. I felt really supported. Doctor Zehra takes her time for every patient and has a plan that really fits you. She also listens to your questions and doubts. They are very professional.
If I would ever have to do this process again I would defently go with team Z again. ❤️

We had an excellent experience with Dr Z and Zeren. Zeren was amazingly attentive and kind and we felt supported at every stage. The treatment was during Covid so there were extra logistical complications - these were overcome with impeccable organisation. We felt comfortable and that the treatment plan was personal, sensible and clearly communicated. We now have our beautiful daughter to be grateful for!

I first made contact with Gizem around June 2024 and she was absolutely helpful and kind. Gizem was never tired of my questions and always responded calmly.
My trip to Northern Cyprus from London Gatwick via Istanbul was facilitated with the support of Gizem (dates, airport transfer and hotel reservation).
I was made to complete numerous tests, scans and even mammogram.
The hospital is big and clean, every other member of the team that I met was friendly and helpful.
Dr Zehra is pleasant and tells you what the possibility looks like without coating but also encouraging words.

We had a really positive experience with this IVF clinic. From our first consultation, the team made us feel listened to, supported, and never rushed. The doctors explained everything clearly and were honest about our chances, which we really appreciated.

The nursing staff were kind and reassuring throughout what can be a very emotional process, and the clinic was always well organised and responsive to questions. While IVF is never easy, we felt we were in safe and caring hands. We’re very grateful for the care we received and would recommend this clinic to others starting their fertility journey.

If you’re considering IVF I can 100% recommend Hope Fertility (Team Z). Zeren was an angel the whole way through and nothing was too much trouble! Dr Z was great too, very calming and skilled, felt as ease every single time I visited the clinic/hospital. The results speak for themselves. I am 18 weeks pregnant with my little baby girl and couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received from this clinic. I’m so glad I went with team Z and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future should the time to have another baby come one day.

My fertility journey is very long, tough and heartbreaking but needless to say that I had the best experience under Hope IVF (Team Z). At the time I chose the team, I was at the end of my journey having had several failed IVFs in the UK, cyprus and Nigeria. My husband and I thought to do a final attempt and then I remembered that a friend had recommended Team Z after she had also had several failed cycles.
So understandably I approached the team with so many anxieties and hopelessness. But my cordinator Zeren was extremely lovely and very patient with my questions no matter how late. I had so many consultations with Dr Zehra. She was always professional and very sweet even when she was giving me details about my myriad of issues. She was even lovelier when I met her in person for the transfer. I liked the fact that she listened to my concerns when building up the transfer protocol. I had the slimmest chance ever but I am convinced that her expertise helped a great deal to make my chances better. Even my spouse who is a medical professional was full of praises for her. I got my first positive ever after 8 years and over 5 attempts and it was just a miracle. Dr Zehra and Zeren have remained approachable and available for my questions even as the pregnancy is progressing and eventhough I have moved to NHS care.

At the end of November, I welcomed my second baby girl into the world — a miracle made possible by the incredible team at Cyprus Hope IVF.

Our first daughter was conceived after our very first ICSI treatment in Germany. Two years after her birth, we hoped to grow our family again, but this time our journey turned into a true struggle. At our clinic in Germany, we went through six ICSI cycles. Each time we would get at most one blastocyst, and not once in all six attempts did we achieve a pregnancy. After two emotionally exhausting years, our doctor finally told us she had run out of ideas and recommended that we seek options elsewhere — in Spain or Cyprus. I was only 31 when we started treatment for our second child, and hearing that was devastating.

That is when our research began, and we were overwhelmed by the number of clinics and possibilities abroad. The large number of positive reviews I found for Cyprus Hope IVF became the main reason I reached out to them — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

From the very beginning, communication was clear, detailed, and incredibly supportive. Our coordinator, Zeren, was available at every moment, making sure we felt safe, informed, and cared for. Nothing was left to chance.

In November 2024, my husband and I travelled to Cyprus, met Dr. Zehra, and started our first ICSI cycle there. They retrieved 26 eggs — something I had never even come close to before — and 14 of them were mature. In the end, we received 4 blastocysts, two of which were completely healthy. We scheduled our transfer for February 2025.

The clinic provided all instructions for preparing my body, and we carefully monitored blood work and ultrasounds from home. At the end of February, we had our transfer — and it was successful. Our little girl settled in and grew into a beautiful, healthy baby.

In the end, choosing Team Z was choosing hope when we felt we had none left. They helped us fulfil one of our greatest wishes at a moment when we had almost given up believing it could ever happen for us.

The experience with Hope Fertility was so much better than my experience of many IVF rounds in the UK. The advice and checks were more thorough and they prescribed additional medication to help improve the chances. The advice I received was really honest about my chances of success with transfer, which meant I only travelled over when the chances were the highest. Zeren was a fantastic and supportive contact who communicated brilliantly with me at all times of the day and went out of her way to help me by working late one evening.

I received amazing service at the clinic. The staff is warm, friendly and generous with their time. They really care on helping you achieve success. I would highly recommended as I can now report being successful in my last transfer!

We had the best experience at Hope Fertility (Team Z) after two failed rounds in the UK, it finally worked for us after nearly giving up hope; both in our 40s it was not an easy journey at all. We want to thank Zeren (my care coordinator) she’s excellent, so caring, friendly, approachable, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and was there at every step of the way with so much reassurance. My wife had five miscarriages. In the UK we contacted many IVF centres, and they all told us there was no hope for pregnancy due to age, as my wife is over 45. We had completely lost hope.

But miraculously, Hope Fertility gave us hope again. Gizem Karataşlı is amazing — she truly helped us. My wife received IVF treatment under Dr. Zehra, and now she is pregnant. We are incredibly happy and grateful for their service.

They are very professional and friendly. If it were possible, I would give them 100 stars, but unfortunately the maximum is only 5.
