First I want to thank my Allah that grant me with blessed , and thanks to Dr Zehra and Gizem all other the teams at hope fertility clinic and it was truly a life changing experience, we was dreaming for a years to have one kids now my wife is pregnant with twins thank God and thanks to Dr Zehra and Gizem is great and so helpful, we highly recommend to anyone who want to be a mum or dad , we deeply appreciate and grateful to Dr Zehra and Gizem for helping us achieve our dream ,

Dr Zehar and her Team Z are simply the best. My coordinator Zeren was exceptional. We've been trying for many year with failed cycles at other clinics. When a friend referred us to Cyprus Hope. We had our IVF treatment with Hope Fertility, and it was truly a life-changing experience. Gizem, the coordinator, guided us throughout the entire pregnancy journey and played a crucial role in making our dream come true. Dr. Zara, our IVF specialist, was also incredibly helpful—she answered all our questions with patience and clarity, which made us feel much more confident about the treatment process.

Like any patients, we had our concerns, but Gizem handled everything with calmness and professionalism. She supported us at every stage, making the journey smoother and more reassuring.

The cost of IVF treatment at Hope Fertility is quite reasonable compared to other clinics in Cyprus. Gizem even went the extra mile to assist us with hotel and travel arrangements, which made the experience much easier.

The only thing that wasn’t very pleasant was our interaction with the reception staff, who didn’t come across as very welcoming or friendly. However, our contact with them was minimal, and it didn’t affect our overall experience.

We’re deeply grateful to the entire team at Hope Fertility—especially Gizem and Dr. Zara—for helping us achieve our dream.

Team Z Cyprus Hope has been amazing. The team is very professionnal, we were helped everything step of the way by our coordinator, and Dr Zehra Onar was very precise and reassuring. We went through 2 cycles of egg retrieval, NGS both times, and the first embryo transfer worked. I gave birth to my healthy baby girl last October and could not be more thankful.

We would like to thank Dr. Zehra and Gizem and the rest of her wonderful team for all of the great care they have provided for our IVF journey. The team have been very kind and supportive throughout the journey. It has been tough but the team is very supportive and down to earth. They were always ready for communication at any time and arrange from transportation and accommodation whichever Gizem could to support us in this journey. Dr Zehra is very confident and her expertise speaks for itself.

Hope IVF Centre is my first experience with IVF. This centre has an amazing team that gave us all the hope, support and reassueance we needed-The Z team. Before we travelled to Cyprus we were already in constant communication with Zeren, the patient Coordinator who explanained all we needed to know concerninh the procedure, and also prepared all the medications before the procedure. Infact, applaud Zeren for her excellent and effective communication skills. Travelling to Cyprus was abit challenging to us aa it was our first experience, however, Coordinator Zeren made ot easier through constantant communicatoon and reassurances, especially when we missed our flight. Accomodation search was not much of an issue as Zeren had already provided us with a list of all the hotels, guest houses and Air BnB closer to the hospital, transportation was prompt and excellent right from the aiport, to our every day appointment to the centre. Mind you, its not free.
Meeting the team for our first time was amazing, due to their warm hospitality of smiles, chats. They were ready to anwer all the questions we asked and clarifications.
Meeting Dr. Zehra, Jeanne and the entire team with all their calmness and reassuring words was a pleasure to us. The expertise of Dr. Zehra and the Z team was what remained on my thoughts, as they ensured we were comfortable and relaxed before and during the procedure, which meant so much to us. Zeren and Jeanne ensured they checked on us every day to inquire if we needed anything until we travelled back. Zeren has not stopped checking on me to ensure i am not struggling with my pregnancy, also with the medications. She provides what ever information we needed which is within her reach.
I am say a very huge THANK YOU to you Zeren, Dr. Zehra, Jeanne and and the rest of the friendly Z Team. You guys trully gives hooe to your patirnts just like your centre name. You all are so professional in your job. Please keep doing wgat you are doing to continue to put smiles into the faces of families struggling with child conception.

After 2 unsuccessful cycles in the UK, we decided to look abroad. We narrowed it down to 2 clinics in TRNC and from initial communication with both companies, we went Hope IVF as they seemed more welcoming and personalised. From then on our coordinator Gizem has been a godsend. She translated for our consultation with Dr Zehra, who came across as very experienced and knowledgeable to discuss our previous treatment experience, our worries and what our treatment with them would look like. We also discussed PGD testing/fresh transfer vs NGS testing/FET to ascertain what would be more beneficial to our needs.

Gizem then informed us of all the tests/scans we needed and when to support our protocol written by Dr Zehra. She also helped us with organising medication coming over from TRNC as this was cheaper than purchasing in the UK, even with a customs charge. All our dates were set for egg retrieval in Jan 2025, flights booked by ourselves and Gizem organised a taxi to pick us up on arrival to take us to a hotel we'd seen recommended by other IVF patients.

Dr Zehra personally completed the egg retrieval and Gizem was there at the beginning to translate and give reassurances. She was also there when I came round from sedation and was all emotional. Unfortunately sperm quality was not as good as we hoped so we discussed options which may be beneficial. Dr Zehra felt ICSI alone would probably be sufficient but did mention we could consider a sperm chip if we were worried (and what this was was explained fully). We were given opportunity to make a decision but as we knew this was going to be our last attempt we went with it. We had opted for NGS testing and planned to return in a few months should we have any viable embryos to use.

Communication from Gizem regarding progression of our embryos was great. We ended up with 4 high grade blastocysts which could be biopsied for NGS testing. We had the results within a week which identified 2 euploid, 1 mosiac and 1 aneuploid; we attribute such good results to the sperm chip as our previous ICSI round in the UK with better quality sperm and no sperm chip resulted in all aneuploid embryos.

Following such great news, dates were set for FET and both our protocol and medications was organised by Gizem. The day of FET went smoothly and again Dr Zehra personally performed the transfer and took an USS picture of the embryo once placed, as well as Gizem on hand to translate and give reassurance. Before leaving the hospital, Gizem organised our medication again and had it delivered by the pharmacist directly to our hospital room. We were also given our post-FET medication protocol, when to do our home pregnancy test and when to obtain a beta HCG.

On our return to the UK, we followed the protocol, did our home pregnancy test when advised to and it was positive, which was then confirmed by the beta HCG test taken a few days later. I informed Gizem who offered her congratulations and Dr Zehra also replied to offer her congratulations. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and have experienced a couple of small bleeds, which is not uncommon although definitely worrying despite this. I have been able to contact Gizem for advice and recieved reassurance and had my medication protocol adjusted in response. Thankfully, scans have shown a heartbeat and growth so we continue to feel positive at the moment that we may still get to meet our baby come November 🤞🏻🙏

Overall our experience has been great. The team are friendly. Dr Zehra's knowledge and experience is excellent. Gizem has been kind, reassuring and coordinated our care brilliantly. The facilities of both the clinic we attended for scans pre-egg retrieval and the hospital for treatment was clean, quiet and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend them if you are considering coming to TRNC for IVF treatment and we hope to be going back one day after our little one is born for our other euploid embryo.

We did two of our three rounds with this clinic and much preferred it to our first one in Istanbul, which treated us like a couple buying groceries at a checkout, with barely concealed disdain for the desperate.

But Cyprus Hope treated us from start to finish like human beings with emotions and hopes as valid as anyone on the staff. The consultant, Dr. Zehra, Zeren our patient co-ordinator, and all the nurses were just lovely in every way, taking time to explain all procedures and address any concerns, as well as helping with basic logistics.

We got pregnant on our 1st round with team Z but the pregnancy did not live to full term, but that gave us hope to continue our fertility journey with them. We went for our frozen embryo transfer and to God be the Glory, we are pregnant with our first baby.

When we became pregnant and needed more medications, Zeren arranged with a pharmacy in Lefkosa to get the meds delivered to us in three days which was half the cost if I had bought them in the UK.

You are in excellent hands here at all stages of your conception journey and won’t regret becoming part of the Cyprus Hope IVF family. 💜

I came to Hope IVF, after my last 2 cycles in the UK had failed and I had suffered multiple baby losses and miscarriage. I was contacted very quickly by Gizem who became my co-ordinator. I was at a real low when I came to Hope IVF after almost 3 years of trying and IVF and Gizem was super understanding and positive.Dr.Zehra was also positive and honest and they were willing to do all that they could to help me. Gizem went above and beyond for me, always in touch by WhatsApp picking me up when I was so low and my belief was gone. Gizem was more than a co-ordination she became like a friend and although it’s her job she really cares. My first cycle failed and Gizem kept the positivity when I had none and she truly believed that we just needed to find the Golden Egg and that I would have my baby in the end. During my second cycle with Hope in May 2024 I struggled to even get on the plane , I’d given up it could work but Gizem constantly encouraged me and if it wasn’t for her I would have cancelled mid cycle, I credit her with getting me on the plane. Gizem and Dr.Z were so patient with me as I had severe anxiety going through the procedures due to previous losses and birth trauma. They did everything I asked to make the situation easier for me. The second cycle workedas Gizem always believed it would and my precious miracle baby girl was born 5 weeks ago Feb 2025. She is everything and more and so precious and I couldn’t have given it that final try without Gizem and Hope IVF. I am truly truly, grateful and don’t have enough words to thank them. They will always be a part of our story and my little girl wouldn’t be here without them. I would definitely recommend them especially for women who are a bit older.

Our experience was horrible, once they get your money, they treat you like crab.
Horrible experience they will do all they can to make you come , once you do and they get your money they become exasperated and showing attitude.
Transportation, with drivers with 0 english language, you can tell everything is coordinated just for money.
we were negative, and they made us a second interview justifying we needed more tests to be done, why were these tests not asked at the first place before,?inspite of all the test submitted before our departure. to ask us to pay again for a second transfert.

Guys, DO NOT GO THERE

We have had an amazing experience with Team Z. Dr Zehra and our coordinator Zeren have been supportive of us ever since we began the IVF journey last year. They worked with us to provide a solution that now means I am 12 weeks pregnant and so far so good. Whenever I had a worry (as it can daunting) Zeren was always there for me, and still is. Dr Zehra was so lovely and kind to us while we were there and made us feel so reassured about the whole process. Overall, I would recommend the clinic to anyone and if I could give them 10 stars I would.

We first heard about team Z Cyprus Hope IVF in 2024 from a family friend. I contacted them and Gizem became my Coordinator. Throughout the whole process she became more than just that, a sister and friend I would say. Dr Zehra and Gizem were so amazing, answering all my questions, no questions were silly to them. I was sceptical to go and do this process in a foreign country at first but soon realised this was the best decision ever. Gizem helped me with our flights and hotel bookings.Started our IVF journey mid year 2024 and I had to have an extra procedure on my tubes as they were blocked. It was so calming waking up to see a familiar face, Gizem’s after my operation. We got lucky with our first cycle after being childless for 12years. Even after getting a positive pregnancy result and throughout the whole pregnancy Gizem was just a text away. 9 months later our baby girl is here and she’s the cutest little girl I have ever seen. Thank you team Z, Dr Zehra and Gizem. We promise to bring our newest travel buddy to come and meet the team when we come back to grow our family in the near future ❤️

Well, it’s a complicated history with multiple pregnancy losses and failed IVF elsewhere too.

I sent out emails to multiple clinics around Europe in the hopes that someone would take me on as a patient. Literally, every clinic said no unless I decided to use donor eggs…and then Gizem )
(My IVF liaison) messaged me and said, her clinic would be more than happy to take our case and help us using my own eggs. That was at the beginning of last year - 2024 and we went over and started the process.

On February 11 2025, I had my much awaited and beautiful little lady Jasmine!

I am so grateful and thankful to Gizem and Dr Zehra for not saying they would only treat me if I used donor eggs, unlike every other clinic out there (more than 50) Hope Fertility (Gizem and Dr Zehra) were positive from the start - and though they said there were no guarantees, they also said it was not impossible but actually possible to make my dream a reality. And here we are, very very sleep deprived (lol) but utterly in love and so thankful to Dr Zehra, Gizem and the whole team. Every single person we encountered through our whole experience was kind and so lovely!

I want to thank God for using Hope clinic to make our dream of been a Mum and Dad come through. I have had IVF in the UK, Greece and Spain but all failed. I decide to try one more time at 49 years. Someone told me about North cyprus. I did my research and I went for Hope clinic as Gizem my coordinator was very positive and will pick my call and reply my text anytime i have questions. Gizem was very kind, she made me have Hope again that it can still happen at 49. Dr Zehra and the team were brilliant. The care was the best have had in all my IVF Journey. I had my treatment at Hope clinic (Team Z) in June 2024 and am now a proud Mum of a healthy bouncy baby boy (Feb 2025). I waited till now so i can have my evidence, my Journey was a smooth and pleasant one. Thanks to Dr Zehra, Gizem and the team. We are really grateful.

I have had a superb experience with Zeren and Dr Zehra in every way possible. Me with all my rare conditions and struggle with infertility was not easy and yet they stood by me all the way. Very trusted and caring people. Great communication and help is always on the way with them so thank you for all the kind words and care. They were the two souls I needed when I was at my lowest.

I would like to thank so much to Dr Zehra, Assoc Prof. Dr Sever and my fertility coordinator Gizem for the amazing care and support before my arrival, during my 7 days stays and after my transfer and return to the UK. From the very begining when I contacted Hope Fertility clinic Team Z and they were very reliable, professional, konwledgeable, attentive and reassuring during the whole process. The testing process and the treatment was eficient, consitent, accommodating and very helpful. The staff and especially Dr Zehra and my coordinator Gizem answered any questions I had. I know that the private IVF treatment is not cheap, however by comparison is by far more expensive in the UK than Turkey or Northern Cyprus. I do not have any children and for me this treatment meant so much hence I remortgaged my house to be able to pay for this treatment because having my own baby means so much to me. I am so thankful to Team Z that they helped me to make my lifelong dreams of having my own children a reality. I had two embryos implanted last 4th December and now I have a positive pregnancy test. I am looking forward to my first six weeks 4D baby ultrasound scan. Thank you so much.
