I went to an other clinic first but I didn’t get pregnant. Throughout a friend I came to Hope fertility clinic and I messaged them and got an online meeting the next day. It felt so nice and calm. We discussed a lot and Zeren was so great. I was convinced and started the treatment a month later. The first appointment with de Zehra was very nice. She is such a sweet person!! I felt I was in the right place. I couldn’t get a fresh transfer because I had a chance of Hyper Stimulation syndrome. So a month later I returned and it felt like I was “home”. The people there are so nice and understanding. The hospital was really clean and need.
I really recommend team Z. They are really a team !! Great job you’re doing. Oh and I got pregnant with my dreambaby 💖

I had 1 egg collection, all my embryos came back euploid.
Currently pregnant 20weeks with my first frozen transfer.

It was a nightmare and complete waste of money going to North Cyprus (NC) Hope Fertility for ivf treatment. We followed reviews for Hope Fertility but we got all wrong. Beware of the reviews they mean nothing. Hope fertility gave us all the lyrical hope when we decided not to go ahead with another clinic in NC. Hope fertility gave the impression that the other clinic had given us over dosage medication but they can make it right. With much assurance we moved on with hope fertility. The patient coordinator Gisem was extremely cordial until we arrived in NC and made the full payment. Right a day after payment, she supposedly became ill, and showed us snobby cheeky attitude while busy receiving new customers. All they want is your money, they DON'T care. We had 12 eggs on the day of retrieval. We realised that the eggs started reducing by day - day 1 was 12; day 2 reduced to 7; day 3 reduced to 5. Then the patient coordinator began to psychologically play games, she wasn'nt picking our calls and when she does, they were negative comments such as ''oh you know you started with overdose medication and the sperm quality was poor.' She kept saying those words over and over until we got fed up and we shut her down. Three days to the transfer, we were told of the 5no. embryos only 3no. have survived and out of these three, one is not looking healthy but 2 are very healthy. On the day of the transfer, then they came to tell us that, we have only 2 embryos but the cells of one is developing well as expected. From this point, we did not trust the process.
On the eve of the transfer, they requested we have additional medication so they can retrieve additional eggs at an additional fee during the same time of transfer of the one and half embryos. We are highly disappointed and of the view that, they had hidden information - whether the stories we were told was true, was another thing to be concerned. They don't care about you. We have gone through pain. The issue of child birth is sensitive and many shambolic organisation are using to reap off people just like this company called Hope fertility. We will recommend going to main Europe countries where the rule of law works, where patient care is at the top of the process. It was a very big mistake ever thinking of going to do ivf in NC and for that matter Hope fertility.

Coordinator Zeren was 10/10. Very professional, organised and knowledgeable. Always happy to answer our never ending questions.
Communication was very quick and efficient even during non working hours by using WhatsApp.
When we needed prescriptions urgently due to running low on medications it was provided same day within afew hours.
Hospital was clean and staff very professional.

my wife and I would highly recommend Hope Fertility Team Z. We were in contact with the coordinator Zeren, who is eloquent and fluent in English. They do have other coordinators that are fluent in other languages such as Fremch and Turkish as far as i could hear.

Dr. Zehra was the doctor who performed all interventions on my wife (scans/egg retrieval/egg transfer). We met her several times and she was always smiling and friendly. They were both amazing and so accommodating every single time. Zeren was always available, even at times when it was either very late or very early. Did we have problems with the fertility treatment or the tests here at home. They were quick to adjust the medication plans and remember to reassure us. We were very anxious and had a lot of contact with Zeren, several times a day at times. But she was nice and good as the day was long every single time and said we should just get in touch if there was the slightest thing. We felt very well taken care of. The place seemed very professional and serious. Can highly recommend the place to others. We ended up with a strong pregnancy which is still going really well.

Absolutely agree with al the other great reviews. Hope ivf / team Z have been nothing but great from start to finish. Dr Zehra takes all the time necessary to answer any questions you might have. Zeren has been absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to help us. She seems to be awake 24/7 and has such a calming personality. We've had great results as well. The clinic honestly couldn't have done anything different to make it a better experience for us. I would highly recommend hope ivf and team Z to anyone looking for a clinic in Cyprus.

I went to Cyprus hope ivf (team z) a couple of years ago after a failed ivf cycle elsewhere in Northern Cyprus. They fulfilled my dream of having a daughter after 2 sons. My embryos were not great and I only had one viable option, a mosaic, but she was born absolutely perfect latest September and is an absolute joy who sleeps througbt he night and smiles all day. I would recommend Cyprus hope to any family looking to expand their family, I am eternally grateful to zeren for talking me through the process and results,they changed my life for the better and I can never repay them for the feeling of completeness that they gave me 10000% recommend, 100000% love

Team Z where do we literally start!
We started talking about IVF 2022, my husband did many hours of research, many forums on Facebook with other recommendations we found ourselves constantly back at Cyprus hope.

Zeren got in touch with us from our initial enquiry and then never failed to respond, reassure, answer our many silly questions. Zeren helped with sorting accommodation out for us as a family 4, airports transfers, and taxis to and from the clinic itself.

When we arrived finally in July 2023, Zeren still never seemed to sleep any time of the day she would respond make sure we’ve done injections etc. the day after we arrived we went to finally meet team Z. It was clean, immaculate, everyone was friendly, we had a scan initially to make sure my cycle was where it needed to be. Dr Z was just so reassuring, I was a nervous wreck from egg collection, to transfer the whole team were just amazing. We decided the gender as we already had 2 boys that we wanted a girl to complete our family.
All our meds etc were explained to us from start to finish and repeated over and over again if needed. On our return journey home we were checked in on, and were sent a message every 4-6 weeks to check in. Although I was very wary of doing a review to start with until I had my baby girl with us.
Well on the 9th April our family was finally complete with our daughter. We can’t honestly thank the whole team Z enough. From start to finish they have been a dream. My husband is still on all the forums on Facebook and he continuously recommends them as the best especially with recently there’s been some negative over other clinics you won’t actually find better than Cyprus hope IVF.

What can I say? After multiple UK attempts and 2 failed attempts at another Cyprus clinic, Team Z made my dreams come true.

Zeren (Patient co-ordinator) Is always on call to help and assist. I don’t think she sleeps! She goes above and beyond

Dr Zehra is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and also goes above and beyond to make your dreams come true.

Do ask about NK cell testing at egg collection and they’ll arrange this for you (I think this is important!) And do help yourself by preparing properly for your egg collections (Read “It starts with the egg”)

Also, after multiple failed medicated transfers at other clinics, Team Z allowed me to try and a modified natural transfer and now I have my baby girl. So do speak to them about different transfer options- they listen to the patient and treat you as an individual- they know it’s not always “one size fits all”

We have been trying to get pregnant for years and we have received unsuccessful IVF treatment that left us utterly disheartened. Hope Clinic and, in particular, Zeren, came highly recommended to us by a friend who had success at the clinic more than once.

We travelled to Cyprus hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Lo and behold, we actually got pregnant on the first go. Unfortunately, that pregnancy was short lived. However, we were so confident in the team at Hope Clinic, in particular Zeren and Dr Zehra Onar, that we hurried back to try again.

We are now 8 weeks pregnant on the second attempt and we could not be happier. Zeren and Doctor Onar are not only excellent at what they do but they are an absolute joy to meet and be around. They have a gift and a warmth that you cannot find anywhere else. We completely trust them and have every confidence that we will have the family we desire if we leave the process in their hands.

We will 100% go back time and time again to grow our family, and also just to see them both. We would recommend Hope Clinic in Cyprus to any IVF patient and we guarantee you will be happy with your experience.

This clinic truly has the patients best interests at heart. Following early scans team Z identified I had PCOS straight away and let me know I would need to have a frozen transfer and why this would need to happen.

Zeren, our patient coordinator was very knowledgeable and helpful and always answered my questions and trust me I had a lot! But she was always there to help and explain every step of the way, no matter what the day or what the hour she would always be there to support us. Dr Zehra was very knowledgeable and reassuring during the process. The whole team were very professional and the fact the team was all female made me feel more comfortable and at ease going through the IVF process. We felt comfortable in Northern Cyprus as Zeren and the team arranged transport for us to the airport, over the border crossing and also recommended hotels to stay in. The team were so helpful and caring to our family.

I know when I was looking at clinics I found the reviews one of the main deciding factors of picking the Hope IVF clinic. I am so glad we chose them and I can honestly recommend them for treatment. We now have a beautiful baby girl thanks to Team Z and we are thankful to them, we can’t thank them enough. I’m so happy for choosing them and because of them we have our beautiful baby.

I am extremely impressed with Cyprus Hope. I first contacted them and chose them due to the great reviews and I was right to trust them. Zeren was efficient, friendly and responded by WhatsApp and email to all my questions. I have used two other clinics and never had this level of personal service. Of course they are busy so sometimes I had to wait a little for a reply but I always got one and when necessary a video call was arranged with Dr Zehra. When I arrived in North Cyprus everything was arranged so smoothly. Taxis were organised to take me to and from the airport and clinics. I was accompanied when I had to go for a checkup at the local hospital prior to my IVF. At the actual procedure both Zeren and Dr Zehra were incredibly caring and kind. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and very grateful to them. It was a very personal and tailored service. They listened to all my requests and made a specific treatment plan to suit me. I never felt pressured, as with other clinics, to do what they thought was best.

Very glad I came across this clinic.

Doctor Zehra is a real professional. Despite having to deal with hundreds of patients, she genuinely seems interested in people’s concerns and wellbeing. She made sure that my wife’s health was her priorit and she gave a good set of recommendations.
Zeren, our consultant, was great with replies despite my numerous questions. We were guided through the whole process.

The nurses are mostly kind and polite (I cannot comment on their professional skills but they seemed appropriate). As for their English skills, these, in my opinion, are not so important. What matters is professionalism and kindness.

(Note: Nearly all members of staff are women which is definitely a good thing if we’re talking pregnancy and IVF.)

The hospital itself looks first class and I was impressed with some of the facilities (like the digital QR code verification? It was very clean.

Overall, look no further. British IVF clinic was a very good experience so highly recommended.

The drawbacks: 1) It requires a travel to Cyprus. And especially to the Northern part of Nicosia so you must cross an internal border!
2) Although the service was very good to excellent, the nurses and doctor are very busy so there is not much time for “chit chat”. Please be aware of that and prepare questions in advance. (This tends to be the case with many hospitals in general of course but just so you know)

ADVICE
(Beware of the numerous scams! There are plenty of bad places. Avoid hospitals that overpromise run by shady men with grubby fingers).

I had a great experience with this clinic. I already tried two other IVF clinics before this with failures. This clinic gave me my hope back and I finally succeeded with the help of Dr Zehra and coordinator Zeren. They are so professional and offers great service with that extra special. I highly recommend them and I can’t thank them enough for helping me have my baby.

Came to Hope in October. Had been talking to gizem for a few months at this point. Communication was brilliant, Gizem was able to help with any queries and arranging things.
We arrived at clinic and it’s beautiful and clean.
Dr Zehra was friendly and informative and really put me at ease. This was our first time doing any fertility treatment and travelling from the uk it was quite nerve wracking but all of that went when we got there. Jeanne was also really helpful during our time there.
Currently 11 weeks pregnant and just so so so grateful I was recommended to Hope fertility and we made the decision to go back to Cyprus to do our treatment here.. the most special place to us after getting married here.

I had an incredible experience with Lovely Gizem & Dr.Zehra at Hope Fertility Team Z in Cyprus. This was my second attempt as I am 45 years old now but first at this Clinic. As I am 3 months pregnant now. Gizem Karatasli is really lovely & very Supportive throughout my treatment. She has enough knowledge of IVF treatment.
