Gizem is really warm and supportive. She gives person centred follow up during your whole treatment. Most importantly, she has great knowledge of the IVF treatment process and takes everything to detail. This gave us a great sense of security. That gave me always great sense of security. Gizem is a a great care coordinator. She has great communication skills and a good clinical background for her role.

Dr. Zehra, is experienced, and instills a lot of confidence in her patients. She has great knowledge and loves what she does.
Adjusting medications, personalising the treatment led to our first baby after trying to conceive naturally for many years without success.
Hospital experience was super amazing.

Team Z is the Best clinic I have ever seen and also the best in Cyprus. Thank you for making our dreams come true! After so many ivf treatments, this was my 6th attempt and first time with Team z, boom it worked. We had this treatment done in August 2023 and am currently 18 weeks. I can’t recommend this Clinic Team Z enough to anyone that is trying to be pregnant.

Firstly I will recommend Our co ordinator Gezim , she is a sweet soul and always a star.she made every efforts to make things happen for us, she was always there to answer any questions we had, nothing was ever to much for her and it looks like we have known her for ages. Right from the first day I spoke with her, she always says, she sees me pregnant which came to through in my life.

Coming to Dr Zehra, I call her an Angel in Human form, she gave us a really personal touch, communication was 100%, She is so calm and explains things to us very effectively and efficiently, not in a hurry to leave, a very good Listener, who knows her worth and well experienced in what she is doing, honestly I haven’t seen such Dr before all through my fertility journey.
Even after getting a positive result, Dr Zehra is still interested to know how the pregnancy is progressing, what an amazing Dr.

The clinic itself is phenomenal , modern clean, easy location and all the staffs and nursing team are warm and friendly.

Looking at these Reviews, probably the first male on here 😂 but honestly I write this for every single person, couple looking for any slight light at the end of the tunnel. Having researched every clinic on planet earth, asked millions of questions, being the most needy patient out there, trust me when I say this, the service you get from Hope Fertility ( Team Z ) is nothing short of exceptional. From our lovely Co-ordinator Zeren who is amazing and actually cares about you and your journey. To Dr Zehra who probably does not even realize, before, after, during when she comes to see you and explains everything in detail, straight to the point but on a personal level means so much. Having experienced clinics that let your co-ordinators tell you the details, it feels far better coming from Dr Zehra. The Embrylogist they have at Hope are the best and yet again nothing is too much for them. Meetings with them to discuss your concerns and what they recommend to offer can be arranged. Male factor issues with ourselves and us men are sometimes scared to talk ( yes not me as Zeren knows ☺️ ) but we were made to feel comfortable and discuss options with all the Team. Please if anyone wanting to give another clinic a try, do not waste your time looking elsewhere because these are the best. I Will be happy talking to anyone from the UK who wants some Advice. Me and my partner have had recent treatment with HOPE IVF - Team Z (October 2023).

This was our 2nd round of IVF but first at this clinic, I can't recommend this clinic enough to anyone thinking of having treatment!

Our co ordinator Zeren made everything happen for us, she was always there to answer any questions we may of had, setting up consultations with Dr Zehra, nothing was ever to much for Zeren and she really got to know us on a personal level.

Dr Zehra, gave a really personal touch also, communication was 10/10 each step of the way. She really listened to our story and tailored our treatment plan accordingly. My results compared to my first cycle at a previous clinic exceeded our expectations, we were are still are over the moon!
Currently 11 weeks pregnant with more healthy embryos on ice.

The clinic itself is stunning, modern clean, easy location, not far from the border.
Reception staff and nursing team are kind warm and friendly.

We can't thank the entire team at HOPE enough!! You are amazing.

I don’t know where to start , this has been a long journey .
It’s been a year since we have been trying for a baby through IVF.
4 failed IVF in this year .
2 in the uk , 1 Spain .
Team Z at hope fertility done the miracle for us.
We had lost hope.
Gizem who supported us through out the whole process ,
I can’t explain how she helped us and guided us throughout the whole treatment we had at cyprus north.
Dr Zehra we met who done my transfer is so good and so nice they all make you feel at home and look after you throughout the treatment .
I am pregnant I just returned back from cyprus 2 days ago with the best news ever , it’s still hard to believe it that I’m actually pregnant .

Being a physician myself I will try to be objective and informative about this great Team.
Gizem is not only really warm and supportive. She gives you personalised follow up during your whole treatment. Most important, she has showed great knowledge of the subject at hand and a really good memory for every detail on my treatment. That gave me always great sense of security. She never forgets any detail and that is simply amazing. Definitely not just a liaison worker but much more. You can tell she really has a good clinical background and formation for the job.
Dr. Zehra, is experienced, with vast knowledge and a lot of self confidence, wich I find very important to lead the patients to good results. She knows her job, enjoys it and that is noticeable in the way she works.
Particularly remarkable is how fast they react to every result and test. Adjusting medications, personalising the treatment wich leads to a better result.
She is always approachable for consulting doubts, wich is something incredibly valuable due to a doctor’s busy timetable.
About the hospital, it is simply amazing. Having worked in Germany and Spain I can tell you that the standards are higher in Cyprus than in these countries .
From the surgical towels to the IP code in the patients identification. Also the nurses job is amazing, with intensive monitoring of the patient.

Fantastic experience with Cyprus Hope IVF from start to finish my experience of IVF process has been smooth. Having struggled for few years with infertility I was worried about the future. Where to even begin?! From the very first contact with Zeren, where I was in the initial stages of simply exploring IVF options abroad, right up until today, where I am 21 weeks pregnant with twin girls, there is not a single thing that Zeren and Dr Zehra could have done differently to improve our experience. The whole journey has been unforgettable for all the right reasons.
After a failed round of IVF in the UK, costing £8000, where only 4 eggs were collected (0 mature) and the ‘care’ left A LOT to be desired, we began looking into options abroad. Team Z/Hope IVF had incredible reviews and I now know why. We combined a 2 week holiday into our treatment plan and went out to sunny Cyprus for the whole cycle, which resulted in 37 eggs being collected, where 33 were mature, which led to 12 day 5 embryos. I returned in early June for a frozen transfer of 2 embryos and it couldn’t have gone any better. 2 weeks later, I saw those 2 precious pink lines I never envisaged being able to see!
If you are worried or apprehensive about treatment abroad or put off by certain ‘stereotypes’ associated with treatment abroad, don’t be. Quite simply, Zeren and Dr Zehra have changed our lives for the better and there aren’t enough stars in the world to give the review that they deserve. The professionalism, cleanliness, care, knowledge and support they offer is like no other and we cannot ever thank them enough for making what we thought was impossible, possible.

My coordinator Gizem is amazing and professional.She organised everything for us,transportation and accommodation which took the stress off us.She ensured that we did not have anything to worry about.
Dr Zehra is the best,she is compassionate and knows her onions.God blessed us with a baby boy through these ladies,I cannot thank them enough.Whilst my first attempt did not work,they both encouraged me to try again.
Today,I have a three month old baby boy. If you are looking for a fertility clinic,look no further as team Z is the absolute best.

Words can hardly describe how grateful me & my husband are to all Hope IVF team ! From the moment we walked in to a clinic we felt like Everyone wanted us go get pregnant as much as we did. Thanks to Dr Zahra and Ms Gizem we have now 12 weeks pregnant with twins hoping to meet them soon . Looking at our past unsuccessful trials at different clinic, it was painful.

But ultimately we decided to go abroad (cyprus) we found hope fertility the best choice and Gizem was exceptional talented and well mannered she would leave no stone unturned She would answer every question we may have almost instantly. She had arranges everything for us thanks to Gizem. Meeting with Dr Zahra, our hotel with discount and reliable Taxi back and forth pharmacy etc.

We feel confident to travel to cyprus and we met Dr Zahra. She has extensive knowledge and she made us feel at home and her discussion about the protocol was brief and on point.

To be honest we travel there believing 100% this time we will be successful. And we are now. We have not been asked a penny until the day of egg collection this tells me Team Z have confidence on thier work. They put thier heart on the job they do,

Really wonderful to deal with, Zeren has been our go to from the start and Dr Zehra was very reassuring and informative throughout, Zeren has always been able to respond to queries.

We had given up hope after trying for so many years, this has been a blessing in disguise as the partner is expecting!
It has been a difficult journey emotionally, we can’t wait to welcome our new additions to the family!

For those looking to start their journey Zeren was helpful to alleviate all concerns and questions we had, and also gave details for local accommodation and arranged transfers to and from the airport.

Acapulco beach resort was the one we decided to stay at and would recommend if you’re ok to travel about 30-40 minutes to the clinic.

Great team to deal with, Zeren, Dr Zehra and everyone was amazing.
After a horrendous time dealing with Assisted conception unit back home, Hope ivf were fantastic from start to finish, keeping us informed and reassured! They have helped give us our 2 amazing boys and even now the youngest is almost one, still keep in contact.

Dr. Zehra and Zeren were absolutely amazing! Prior to contacting Hope IVF I have done so much research as the options are so abundant for this service in Cyprus. I even made a deposit to start with another place prior to reaching out to Hope IVF. I also had a great option available that didn’t require a deposit to start with everything already line up and ready for me to go. My heart was just set on Hope IVF. I seen great reviews online and just instantly was locked in after a virtual consultation with Dr. zebra and Zeren. They were very professional and answered all questions and concerns I had. This experience is a hard one but they made it so easy. Dr. Zehra knows her craft and Zeren was always at our fingertips with just a text message away. Today I am approaching 21 weeks with a long time dream come true of having a baby girl in the way. Because of them my four sons will have a baby sister soon.
