Je tenais à témoigner de mon infini reconnaissance envers le docteur ZEHRA et toute l’équipe du Cyprus Hope IVF Hospital de m’avoir permis de mettre au monde mon bébé, ma merveilleuse petite fille Inaya qui a aujourd’hui tout juste 2 mois et 10 jours. Je remercie le docteur ZEHRA pour sa prévenance, son attention et sa gentillesse dans les moments de difficultés, ses qualités humaine et très professionnelle font que je la recommande sans hésiter. Je remercie aussi particulièrement ma coordinatrice en langue française Stéphanie Maclean, également pour ses qualités humaines et relationnelles, et la qualité de ses explications qui m’ont grandement facilité ce parcours de FIV de la France vers Chypre et qui ont eu un réel impact positif dans ma décision de choisir le Cyprus Hope IVF Hospital. Et par dessus tout, je voulais témoigner de mon bonheur et de mon amour infini pour ma fille, et pour cela vous avez toute ma gratitude. Mille merci !!

Dr Zehra and Zeren were really incredible. Kind and caring and really brilliant at what they do. Zeren was always on hand to support with any queries whatsoever, Dr Zehra made us a tailored plan with adjustments along the way which really worked, she is miracle worker. The facilities and hospital was amazing too, whole experience feeling more like a holiday. Following number of years of unsuccessful attempts we now have hope due date in 2024 thank you for everything from Roshni and I . Highly recommended 🙏 😊

We first approached Team Z at the end of last year. So, about 8 months ago. We headed out for egg retrieval and fresh transfer in November 2022 feeling a bit nervous about what to expect. I have never been through IVF before and going abroad for it made me quite nervous! But we decided to make a holiday of it, and we did. The egg retrieval so very successful - 57 eggs. Yes you read that right. On one hand that was fantastic because I knew I probably never needed to do another retrieval again. On the other, it meant that it put me at risk of OHSS so I was required to travel back a few weeks later for the frozen transfer. I actually really appreciated this process, as disappointing as it was at the time of course, because it showed me that my health was their priority and they wouldn't take risks with it. I had no symptoms recovering which is amazing (thank you coconut water!) and my first frozen transfer was successful - it stuck. Unfortunately, though, it ended in early misscarriage. At this stage, I was starting to overthink it a bit and panic that maybe this would never happen for me. But second transfer, stuck again. I'm sitting here today at the 12 week mark. Things that really stood out to me were: the facilities that Team Z use (at British IVF Hospital) are really impressive. As soon as I got to reception on my first day / appointment, I relaxed because I knew it was all legit and I could tell by the staff that it was a very professional setting. From that point I can honestly say I had no qualms in putting my trust in them. Dr Zehra is very honest and caring. I really really liked that I was dealing with a female doctor. Zeren my coordinator was wonderful and always a message away, which enabled us to ask and get answers quickly. The process at the hospital was very reassuring. They check both partners details at every step of the way and check you into procedures with barcodes and ensure that all of the right processes are in place. I also found that very reassuring. What else can I say that would have helped me 8 months ago? Ah - they can also organise an acupuncturist to come into the hospital for pre- and post- transfer treatment. I found that very helpful. Finally, thank you Team Z for getting us here! Our little wish is still hanging on your wish tree in the hospital reception :) thank you for making it come true.

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant after having had an egg collection a year ago and my transfer earlier in march.
Throughout the whole process you have someone you can contact for any questions or concerns you have. Even now that I am pregnant, Gizem is sweet and caring and checks in to see how I am doing, even though I know just how busy they all are.

My number one tip would be to trust the process. I am a very anxious person and before going into this I have to admit I knew very little about fertility. Biology definitely wasn't my strongest subject in school but Gizem took her time to explain everything, answer any question and ensure that the plan was tailored to me based on what I needed personally.

Don't panic if you don't hear straight back from one of the coordinators, I have no idea just how many patients they have but it must be a lot. They will get back to you and then give you the time you need.

The whole process did not feel like a serious medical procedure but instead, a holiday. The place and the people of the country were relaxed and very generous and the people in the clinic itself embodied this attitude. Particularly, Zeren the coordinator and Dr Zehra gave a very warm welcome and always made you feel like you were the only one getting medical treatment. I went in August 2022 and will be giving birth in May 23 and for someone that is very, very mature in age, it was nothing short of a miracle. Whatever your outcome though, the whole experience, I feel, was far better than I ever expected. I hope it goes well for you too.

Myself and my husband have got what we wanted, even though my husband was unable to attend. Special thanks to Gizem, Dr Zehra and TEAM Z for all the professional work and making it possible for us.

My first attempt did not work out, 3 months later went back again and this time I was so guarantee that it will work, and we are so very grateful to Gizem for coordinating and giving us the best of advise and arranging accommodation, even suggesting food resturants and leisure places. Each day every process was explained to me and I had to inform my husband on every step as he was not there with me and everything went well on the second attempt until I left Cyprus.

The hospital itself was nice and very clean. The staff were excellent. They listened to any concerns that I may have. The price was worth it compared to other places there in Cypru.

I recommend this Hospital to anyone anywhere in the world.

Though I was 47 years old and had been married for nearly 20 years, I still did not have any children as I had put off having them to have a career and because of financial concerns. I had had a miscarriage a few years prior at 6 weeks pregnant after getting pregnant naturally. It came to light that I had a large fibroid in my womb after I miscarried, and I was told that I should have it removed as I planned to try IVF using donor eggs. I had the large fibroid removed in the UK in February 2020 on the National Health Service.

The pandemic started a month later. A friend of my mine told me about one of her friends who had had a child at age 50 through IVF at Cyprus Hope Fertility Clinic. I was skeptical but got in touch with them in September 2021 regarding having IVF using donor eggs.

They suggested that I have a scan to see what the position was with fibroids as I had had one removed. I had a scan done in the UK, and I sent the clinic the results of the same. Thought the large fibroid I had removed had not grown back, I had a smaller fibroid at the neck of my womb, and I was told by the clinic and by the doctor who carried out the scan in the UK that I should have this removed before having IVF using donor eggs as it might cause the IVF to be unsuccessful. I went to see my doctor at my doctor's surgery in the UK and because the fibroid was small and because of my age, the doctor did not seem to think this fibroid needed removing though I told him I wanted to try IVF using donor eggs.

I did not want to waste anymore time given my age and the time that had gone in relation to the pandemic and I did not think that the National Health Service in the UK would fund another fibroid surgery so I arranged to have the small fibroid removed through Cyprus Hope Fertility Clinic in Cyprus. I was very nervous and frightened because I had never been to the clinic before. In November 2021, I flew to Cyprus from the UK to have the surgery done.

Zeren was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was brilliant, almost like a personal PA for the process! She stayed in touch with me every step of the way and even helped me book a hotel in Cyprus. Together with her team I was put completely at ease. I arrived in Cyprus on a Thursday in November 2021 and had the surgery to remove the fibroid the next day. The surgery was successful and I flew back to the UK the day after the surgery.

I then went back to Cyprus again to have the embryo transfer at the clinic at the beginning of February 2022, and I got pregnant. I gave birth to my son, who is now nearly 6 months old, in October 2022, a couple of days before my 48th birthday.

Thank you Zeren, Dr Zehra and the team from the bottom of my heart for everything, My son is the light of my and my husband's lives.

To anyone thinking about having treatment with Cyprus Hope Fertility Clinic, I would recommend that you do it. I could not be any happier with the results and the experience I had with them.

From the first communication it was clear that I will stay with Hope fertility clinic. I had great service, caring doctor Zahren and my amazing consultant Zaren. I had successful results in the first try, which is due to clinics organisation and good timing

We had a wonderful experience with Team Z that resulted in us having a beautiful, precious baby.

We chose them based on our friend’s experience. She raved about their care before and after treatment. We experienced the same - personal touch, genuine care, empathy, calm environment, high standard professionalism, etc.

Zeren, the patient coordinator, is so accessible. We could WhatsApp at any time to ask questions and for advice. She’s seen so many different types of circumstances so was constantly reassuring us.

Dr Zehra was also helpful and reassuring.

The hospital was modern and had a very positive atmosphere. The staff treated us with dignity and this meant a lot to us.

My quest for having a child through ivf started 13 years. I'm now 43. I came in contact with Team Z, now Cyprus Hope IVF after having 10 repeated failed ivfs/fet cycles in other clinics in Europe. I was disappointed, heartbroken, chattered and depressed, and at thesame time felt exploited and drained. After the 10th failed attempts, I decided to take a break to heal from all these. Then I decided when I was ready to do a thorough research on clinics then bam, I stumbled on online reviews about amazing Team Z. My first phone conversation with the coordinator, Zeren and Dr. Zehra through the gave me so much hope, and I just felt this inner peace that I never felt for a long time. To have finally found a clinic who understands not only what I am going through but also is willing to try other options. Dr. Zehra, was never in a rush, she assured me that she will not go ahead with any treatment until I do an immune test. I thought well, let me give it a try since this is the only clinic that has come up with something new. Lo and behold, this was my turning point, because the results came back positive for outrageously high naturally killer cells. It was a shock to me, but not a surprise given my history. I did one frozen transfer Team Z, Cyprus Hope IVF which did not work. I attributed the failure to corona and the fact that I was on quarantine and did have access to all my supporting medications during the 2 ww. Fast forward to present, I am 7 weeks pregnant with twins after my second treatment with Team Z. I cannot recommend Dr. Zehra and the amazing coordinator, Zeren enough. Their professionalism is excellent. Their care and support is just something every IVF patient needs. The staff are all amazing and diligent. The clinic in terms of infrastructure, hygiene, etc is a 5 star. Even the follow up after treatment is unbelievable. Their service is super. I clap for you Team Z, Cyprus Hope IVF 👏. I know it's still early days for me but I am confident that God will see me through.

After 3 failed ivf cycle in uk and 3 in other clinics in cyprus there we found hope fertility truly the Whole of the experience was super excellent from scratch to 12 weeks pregnancy with twins dr zehra and gizem amazing souls more like family they was always there 24/7 these people are miraculous bless them they are so professional and everything about them is excellent from transfers to hotel and 5 star treatment they do what they say like angels I wish them All the best

I had treatment in November the clinic is modern and very clean treatment and drug protocols very advanced dr Zehra is so caring and warm very positive can do attitude nothing to much trouble for her my coordinator gizem is a star she was there for me 24/7 for what ever I needed such a nice caring person the whole team from the receptionist to the nurses every person I come in to contact with there where really good nice people with there no stress approach such a good team I have had fertility issues for 10
Years now done ivf in uk and a another clinic in Cyprus and can honestly say I have never been treated as good as they treated me I am now pregnant with twins thanks to the beautiful dr z and gizem and team z they was the only ones that could do it first time aswell would recommend to anyone

I was looking get ivf help since 2017 and came across Team Z in Cyprus hope and haven't looked back since. They are very professional, caring and reliable with every step you take. I had the help of zeren and Dr z wonderful lovely ladies , I couldn't have asked for better treatment.
Everything was done for me and made easy for me to travel with my family. Everything test and every step of the process was customised to what I wanted and how I liked it. We have been truly blessed and can’t thank Team Z enough for our two little miracles.

After years of fertility problems and miscarriages we finally have the family we have always dreamed of.

We had IVF with a fresh cycle at the age of 40 and fell pregnant first time. We then had a frozen cycle at the age of 41 and fell pregnant again first time.

Dr Z and Gaziem are true angel’s. They are both so kind and reassuring throughout the whole process and provided us with everything we needed including help with taxis and accommodation.

Our second miracle is due in February 🥰 and we can’t thank Team Z enough for giving us the family we have always wished for. We will always be forever grateful xxx

After a span of 12.5 years our prayers were answered. We are extremely grateful to Team Z especially Dr Zehra, & Ms Gizem who made our visit to Cyprus n their hospital more of vacation trip and less of treatment visit. We couldn't ask for better hotel and transport facility. Before we could ask for any facility it was already planned and provided by Gizem. She is so hospitable and accommodative. Money for them is secondary. Even gave us an option to transfer the charges from home when we would be back. Dr Zehra never ever gave us a feeling that she is our treating doctor but always a friend full of humane approach, politeness and generosity. She made us comfortable at every stage of treatment and we even were given social visit times which further made us feel comfortable. In nutshell this team is a wonderful professional and angel like group taking away your worries and filling hollow lives with dream Come true happenings i .e "BABIES". WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH. for having our princess after 12.5 years of our marriage.

My Wife & i had 3 unsuccessful cycles in the UK very low quality embryos and very little hope to start a family.. our journey started 6 years ago when we meet Zeren and Dr Zehra... we travelled to Cyprus and had instant success on our 1st Cycle in Cyprus,we now have a beautiful 5 and 1/2 year old son.. who is amazing and we are totally indebted to the kindness, hardworking & passion for IVF that Zeren & Dr Zehra have.. Zeren is always available to answer questions and helps you organise every aspect of your IVF journey.. And DR Zehra is an expert in her field of IVf she is very humble and approachable and has extremely high success rates.. since having our son we have felt so lucky and have kept incontact sharing special moments with Zeren as she has become our good friend.. Anyway we decided this year that we would like to give our son a brother or a sister so we continued our IVF Journey obviously we contacted Zeren and she helped us again in a heart beat.. we travelled back to Cyprus at the start of October the hospital was amazing the staff were all friendly and my wife has just had positive pregnancy test this week! Couldn't be happier two cycles and 100% success rate! In 9 months time our family will be complete.. at the start of our Journey we were hopeless, anxious and desperate.. thanks to team Z hope IVF Zeren & Dr Zehra we now have the family we always wanted I can never say thankyou enough.. and as I write this post I have tears of joy welling in my eyes.. I would recommend anyone embarking on there IVF journey to travel to Northern Cyprus and make there dreams come true.. because hope is a good thing xx
