God bless Dr Zehra & Zeren for our wonderful magic.

Dr. Zehra and my Coordinator Zeren were always friendly, helpfull and warm hearted. They have many knowledge and experiences in this whole IVF topic and are always there to give good advices. They wrote individual protocols which fit exactly to my individual medical requirements. They work very professional and reliable. The clinic is very clean, modern and with a high medical equipment. All the nurses were very friendly and engaged. We did two collections to have a healthy backup and it seems like we were successful with the first frozen transfer.

Our fertility journey started in 2019 after two years of trying to conceive. We were referred to hospital from our GP. I already knew I suffered from PCOS and thought that this may be the reason, however we found out my husband had a low sperm count and multiple issues regarding sperm.

We qualified for two rounds of IVF on the NHS and we had one fresh round and two frozen transfers one of which we paid for. Each round did not work and we where told there’s nothing I can do just keep transferring frozen embryos.

I started to look in 2021 at clinics abroad. I found Hope and Gizem message me on WhatsApp. She was lovely friendly and everything I needed however I was just not ready I wanted to try one more time in the UK.

In February 2022 we had our third failed round and in May I looked back and found to Gizem information on WhatsApp. And we started making plans for me to come in October 2022.

Gizem understood me, I explained how I wanted to do the whole service from start to finish in Cyprus. This was no issue, i’ve booked my own transfers accommodation and everything however Gizem was always there to help out no matter what.

When I arrived to the clinic I was shocked as to how big and wonderful it look so professional and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I met Doctor Zehra and she seemed really nice and had a wonderful friendly smile. During the consultation she did not take for granted that my husband and I were young 25. Rather looked at our paperwork and the facts. Suggesting ways we can improve do things differently and get a better success rate. During my scans she spoke clearly and explained things clearly which is something they don’t really do in the UK(NHS). They also allowed us to choose how many embryos we would like to transfer. And didn’t refuse to do what we wanted.

I am a nervous person which I think Gizem and Doctor found a bit funny they just tried to relax me.

Due to the pre-care Gizem told me to do before arriving I was able to control my PCOS and go through with the whole cycle and have a fresh embryo transfer. As all test results and blood work were good.

I left 4 days after my transfer and after 12 days I saw my first positive test and we are just looking forward to our baby/babies.

100% recommend.

Our journey for IVF started in January 2021 after passing through all the UK IVF clinics, spending alot of money on test and waiting for results to then be told he had to pay £10,000.00 up front before we could get anywhere.

In August we decided to see what alternatives there were out there as all the UK IVF clinic seemed only to be interested in getting our money.

My wife and I searched on Google and saw Cyprus Hope IVF Consultation came up on the search

We contacted them, gave them our details and Gizem contacted us straight away and gave us all the information we needed to decide on going with them.

Gizem made all the arrangements for my wife and I to travel over to Cyprus, including all the flights, taxi from airport to our beautiful hotel in northern Cyprus

My wife and Gizem quickly became very close friends, enabling her to be relaxed and reassured during the whole process.

Meeting Doctor Zehra the first time was amazing, she is such a caring and professional Doctor.

She took my wife through the whole process alongside Gizem until it was time for us to return to the UK.

My wife had confirmation of being pregnant in September and we now have a beautiful 5 month old baby girl.

I never dreamt we could be so happy. I had so many doubts that ivf would work for us . Especially first time . From the moment I contacted beautiful Gizem she gave me so much hope . She guided me through everything. I could not of managed without her . She was my godsend . My Angel . She arranged everything took all the stress and worry from me . Flights . Lovely hotel . Taxi transfers . Gizem assured me every step of the way . Even assured me I would be successful. And she was right . I can’t say enough thank you to Dr. Zehra and Gizem. From the start of the journey Gizem made us feel they were going to take care of us. She was very confident Dr. Zehra could help us. Meeting Dr. Zehra, was awesome. From the time we met her she understood the journey we had been through. She was very emphatic hospitable and kept reassuring us she would do her best. And she did. Both Gizem and Dr. Zehra made the journey of our fertility lighter. From airport to hotel and hospital, transport and accommodation was very organised by Gizem, that took the stress of travelling and organising trip away from us. We didn’t stress but enjoyed our stay. Dr. Zehra is really really amazing. Would highly recommend Hope fertility. Indeed it’s Hope for the people with fertility issues.

We came across Zeren and Dr Zehra when i was looking for fertility treatment abroad. Zeren was one out of many I contacted that replied to me. Immidetly I felt confortable with her and felt it was easy to talk to her.

She arranged for me to speak to Dr Zehra, who again i just felt at ease with. Dr Zehra gave me vaulable information and advice I never got from any fertility Dr before. I implemented things she suggested and notcied a significant difference in my health and well being.

With health professionals in the UK i was always made to feel like it was my fault I was unable to concieve or had health issues and that there was really no hope for me due to my low Amh. But Dr Zehra was honest and positive with my situation.

I am forever grateful to Zeren and Dr Zehra for everything that they have done for me and my husband. We had no stress, no issues, Zeren sorted everything for us including airport transfer and all we did was turn up for our scheduled appointments.

They really do live up to their name "hope", they bring a fresh breath of air to a journey which can be daunting and stressful.

Team Z are the best at what they do. If you are reading this then you are most probably in the same situation i was in. Dont hesitate in getting in touch with Team Z, they will look after you and offer you the best care.

Thank you Team Z for giving me and my hubby making our dream come true, we are expecting twins.

Our journey started wih lots of worry and tension. Through research we came to know about team Z.
We filled out the contact form, and Zeren from Team Z called me explaining the process and how simple it was. I started there and then.

Zeren provided me with the list of medication and names of chemists to order from and then sent me over recommendations of hotels which to stay at. She organised my taxi to and from the clinic on each visit.

Then we met Dr Zehar, she was so lovely and polite and listened to all our concerns. Dr Zehar made me feel so relaxed and I felt I was in safe hands at each visit.

I am so blessed to of picked this place and met Zeren and Dr Zahar nothing was a problem for them. Zeren was always there to answer my questions no matter the how silly the question was or how late it was due to time difference (trust me I did ask some silly questions), i felt she was there for me at every appointment, scans and worries and I don't think I would be writing this review without her guiding me at each step. She made such a difficult journey simpler and less confusing.

I would highly recommend them.

We have just finished a round of IVF with hope/Team Z/ British IVF hospital. We won't find weather it has worked or not till at least another week, but I'd just like to say how amazing all the staff have been! All the staff are lovely but 2 in particular Zeren and Dr Zehra made our experience such an amazing one and we can't thank them enough. You could tell they really cared and we felt very cared for. Zeren was there to answer any questions we may have had and would happily sort transport too and from the clinic. The price for every thing was very reasonable and cheaper than the UK.

Really good. We are now expecting another little angel. Gizem and Dr Zehra are very helpful . We thank God for bringing us to them to answer our prayers

It started with lots of tension in my mind before taking the decision. we were looking for solution all over the doctors over UK.
Somehow we came to know about team Z.
We fill up the contact form, and Gizem from Team Z connected with us
She called us and explained the process very simply.
She started the treatment over the phone only, and provided the medicines before we go there.
2 Scans were required before we go there. I was so worried about Hotels, flights, stay and the treatment but it was all easy with the help of Gizem.
She confirmed the flights which we booked, she booked hotels, she booked taxi. all in all she helped us at every stage(despite she remains very busy).
We reached there without any problem, taxi was there, we were taken to 5-star hotel, with all foods and it was a nice stay(we relaxed a bit)
Then we met Dr Zehra (a lady with Magic), she was so polite while discussing the matter, and it was smooth process.
there were 2 appointments with Dr Zehra both were awesome.

Gizem came up with bag of medications, and make us understand about how to take medications and all.

(At that time covid tests were also arranged by Gizem)

She then booked Taxi back to airport, and Guess what we are expecting twins in this world very soon(got the scan today). She is in contact even till date and guiding us on every step.

I don't have words to explain all this in few lines but Don't want to ruin the readers' own experience. It was a nice decision which is coming fruitful today. Don't hesitate to connect with Gizem and it will be a smooth experience.

Brilliant place and staff ive been few times great sucess baby 4 due next month cant thank them enough

This was a great patient experience from start to end.The communication and responses was always quick and timely. There is always someone on the other end of the phone. The raport is built from the off set before you even get there. We were very well recieved , guidance given step by step and support given when needed. The team is very friendly and they make time to see you before and after procedures to answer your questions and reassure you. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone considering to undertake this process. A big thank you to the Team

After 5 failed IVF cycles with two different clinics in the UK and loads of £ down the drain, I stumbled on a Facebook ad that led me to Cyprus.
I read reviews about the clinic online before heading to Cyprus but they all sounded too good to be true so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I can now add mine and tell you that all these reviews are honest and real.
From my very first encounter with Zeren on What’s app to speaking with Dr Zehra, then flying to Cyprus 4 times for embryo banking, I can confirm that I had the best treatments and their communication was excellent throughout.
Zeren made a process which would ordinarily be very stressful extremely easy and relaxing. She arranged everything I needed, from taxi pick ups from the airport to hotel recommendation and an affordable pharmacy for my meds.
I had my embryo transfer on the 29th of December and got my first ever BFP on the 10th of January.
I am extremely grateful to God for bringing Zeren and Dr Zehra onto my IVF journey. I cannot recommend them enough. Good value for money, great treatment plans, excellent communication and overall good vibes.
