I had no hope at all to fulfill my dream but when I found out about this clinic I could see light coming to my life especially dear gizem and doctor Zehra who helped me a lot. After a marriage of ten years, and a failed IVF experience in England , I wanted to try it for the second time but not in England but in Northern Turkish Cyprus , after several days of electronic research, I decided to contact the IVF British hospital as they had great rates of success . I contacted Gizem who answered all my enquires and questions , In fact , she was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions ,after explaining our case to Dr Zehra , she prescribed my medication and we travelled to Cyprus after 3week , we were welcomed by Gizem, Dr Zehra and Zeren , after performing a TESE to my husband who is suffering from azoospermia , they found some sperms to fertilise the eggs , we did the transfer after 5 days and I am 6 weeks pregnant with triplets thanks to God and to the team in IVF British hospital in Cyprus (Gizem and Dr Zehra ) .They are the best and I highly recommend them

After 3 years of approaching different clinics here in the UK we came across Team Z. We have been truly impressed with their professionalism and first class treatment.
From our first contact with Gizem we knew our treatment was truly carefully considered tailored to our needs. There is great attention to detail, Gizem was available to us literally 24/7 answering our many questions.
Our stay in Cyprus from day one was amazing ,Gizem organised an amazing hotel which meant treatment was relaxing.
Gizem and Dr Zehra we are very grateful and now happily expecting. This was our first and successful treatment.
Needing IVF again I will return to Cyprus and work with Gizem and Dr Zehra.

My journey with Team Z started last year when I made contact with Zeren after a failed IVF cycle In the uk.
Zeren responded immediately and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Whatever questions i had were answered thoroughly and I had confidence and felt at ease even though it would mean travelling to Cyprus.
I had my treatment in September this year and again Zeren and Dr Zehra were with me every step of the way. I am delighted to say I am now 11 weeks pregnant with twins.
I cannot thank team Z enough for this experience and would highly recommend them for the excellent service and person centred approach .

I embarked on the fertility journey in 2014,but was unsuccessful until 2019 when I divinely connected with the Dr Zehra.
It was such a wonderful experience every step of the way. Zehren was such a beautiful person she was professional and very knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with as
I went to them as based on recommendation. After 11 years of waiting, I tried their Clinic. On 1st September 2020, I delivered my baby daughter. What a wonderful God.
They even went as far as obtaining good accomodation at a discounted rate.
It was easy to buy all medication at Cyprus as they don't come cheap in the UK
There is so much to thank them for, even when I started bleeding at the Trimester stage, they were there for me.
My baby is now 12 months and 3 weeks hallelujah.
I want to thank the Z team for their efforts and good work. I will definitely recommend them.

I owe my everything to you. My first ivf miracle is now 3 years old and we are expecting twins again. Even throughout the uncertainty of covid, zeren was my constant support. Always there to help guide and support and reassure. They make the stressful process of ivf disappear and you truly feel like you are the most important person in the world when having treatment. I have been wanting to write a review long before now but too much procrastination wouldn’t allow me. Well I’m finally doing it.
Team Z are awesome. I highly recommend them because of their high profesionalism and follow up during and after treatment. I did treatment with them in Kolan, I found no fault with them at all. Commuication was great, the treatment plan and above all Dr. Z and Zeren were amazing. They will ensure you optimize your chances regarding treatment. My stay in Cyprus was stress free too all thanks to the Zeren. I wish I had known them earlier when this whole fertility journey began. I haven't been to their new location yet but I have no doubt as regards quality and professionalism. However, my try with them in April failed but this had nothing to do with the clinic but corona related during 2ww. Team Z gave me their best. So any one looking forward to undergo treatment with Team -Z shouldn’t be scared to do so. They are fantastic. I can’t wait to visit them at their new site soon.

I recently wrote a review about my experiences during 4 IVFs,but i forgot to highlight some details and I would like to take the advantage of this opportunity to share my hapiness with all of you because I just received the information that in late May 2020 I will get a healthy little boy...

I thought the dream representing the purpose of life could not become a reality for me,but Team Z.made it true when I lost all hopes. I am the happiest future mum in the world now💝💝💝.

The additional reason why I would like to update my review is the fact that I wish you to be aware of the importance of the chain that must not be interrupted at any place in terms of the teraphy before IVF, the process of IVF and the therapy after IVF. All these details and processes are of the utmost importance...they are interconnected and must not be forgotten, neglected or not carried out until the very end and I got all these with Team Z. At British Kolan IVF Hospital. I mentioned in my previous review that I had had 3 IVFs in another clinic and I thanks to my 4th with Team Z.,i can say that my therapy at this previous clinic was very,very scarce before and after the IVFs...can you imagine all this calvary for a single woman at the age of 44 when 1day matters?...I wish I met Team Z from the very begginning because they gave me the whole package: detailed guidelines for all medications before going to N.Cyprus,perfect IVF and all necessary details for the continuation of medications and advice upon my return to my place,...

The number of 5 stars that I gave them here (i wish they gave the possibility for much higher numbers) are not sufficient...even the highest number is not enough..

We searched around for a while to find a clinic that had good success rates, and we came across Team Z. They never gave us any false hope and were always honest throughout everything, whether it was good or bad news. Gizem was absolutely amazing, she was available at any time of day to answer any questions we had (there were loads), she always reassured us and made us feel at ease. Nothing was too much, everyone at the hospital were always welcoming and willing to help. Dr Zehra kept us informed the whole way through, and both Dr Zehra and Gizem were genuinely happy for us when everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone that is thinking of doing IVF, they are realistic and they know exactly what they are doing to get the best results.

Where we are today on this journey is like a magic. It all started with just a visit to know why I can't conceive after three months of trial. We made appointment to see Dr Zehra and after series of test, she discovered that my tubes were blocked and even my uterus lining wasn't thick enough. Together with her ever smiling assistance, Gizem, encouraged us to start treatment of IVF immediately. I and my fiancé were just masters degree students at the cyprus international university without stable income. Gizem and Dr Zehra were kind enough to give us discount and even went further split the payment into several places for us just to lessen the financial burden on us. This kind gesture gave us the push and before we knew it, treatment started and funny enough all the operation such as heteroscopy and PRP that were conducted on me by Dr Zehra all turned out with best results that even the gentle and articulate Dr(Zehra) ever hoped for. This goes a long way to show that Dr Zehra never pride herself in her expertise but her works speaks for itself. We started treatment in early August 2020 and by September I became pregnant. Am in my 2nd trimester now and hopefully by May 2020 my baby will be in my arms. Words can't explain my gratitude but am in awe. Gizem and the Dr worked around the clock to make this journey a success as they followed every of the step up till we got to this stage. I strongly recommend you to visit British Kolan IVF, North Cyprus center and make sure you make an appointment with these two Human Angels (Gizem & Dr Zehra)... I bet you won't regret it... I could not find the most brilliant words to describe how much I appreciate your golden work and the hospitality you have given us. Although in difficult times of pandemic and quarantine, we felt very relaxed.
Thank you for the company you have given me not only during the IVF process but also long before our live meeting. Thousands of questions and answers, tips and instructions that helped me prepare as well as passible for successful implantation of embryos and that I am now in tenth week of pregnancy :).

My experience with team Z was very satisfying, my patient coordinator Gizem was very patient, kind, very professional and knowledgeable about the whole Ivf prosses, she was with me every step of the way offering support and reassurance, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and even helped me get a great hotel at a discounted rate, she's a true star!
Dr Z, the kind doctor overseeing my treatment-delivered truly person centred care, you didn't feel like you were just a number, everything concerning your protocol was explained to you clearly and all your questions answered.
After 5 years of ttc our second child, we got our BFP after the first treatment with this team and for this I am truly grateful, I highly recommend their services.

There are a lot of feelings and doubts a couple can go through when you have a dream about having a balanced family. After two beautiful wonderful boys, we felt very insecure about ever even having a baby girl. This was a thought that after years kept making us really sad. So making the decision to give us the best chances we came in contact with Zeren and the rest of the team at the clinic. They take you on this journey with a lot of understanding and make this experience as comfortable as can possibly be. I felt I could share every doubt and every fear and felt like they would try the best they could in any way to make our dream come true. And on the first try, after a few weeks there came the first early pregnancy test, because I couldn't wait any longer, and it said "Positive"! Only a few weeks later we found out it was the sign of not one but two baby's! So our dream of having a balanced family really came true. Now I'm a little over 4 months pregnant and the baby's still look healthy and happy moving around while they still have the space. :-D

Zeren and the rest of the team at the clinic are all fantastic and were so supportive throughout the entire process of IVF. It is such an emotional journey but they literally hold your hand every step of the way. Zeren’s communication is faultless. I also appreciated the honesty of Dr Z and the medical team ensure you have realistic expectations during treatment and recommending the best course of treatment for each individual. The technology they use to improve the chances of success is another excellent feature of the clinic. I would recommend the clinic to anyone wanting to do IVF.
