This team are my absolute heros!

I was torn between continuing my treatment at guys or going abroad to Dr Zehra and team. Considering it took a few days if even at all for someone to get back to from my clinic in the uk, i just didn't feel like I was a priority, I just felt like another person on the conveyer belt. Yet Zeren my coordinator couldn't of been more opposite. She always got back to me and her approach felt much more personal, which is just what you want when you are putting all your hopes into a team to make them happen.
The care was 2nd to none!! Everyone involved was friendly, your appointment was never rushed! I had a cyst at my 1st scan, Dr Zehra had me in theatre and it was aspirated that day, so I could start treatment as planned!

Long story short, I had my transfer aug 19, fast forward 14months and I am wrapping presents ready for my little boys 1st Christmas.

I will forever be grateful to this team!

This was my second time with Team Z and both times I was blown away by the support and service from Zeren and Dr. Z. I may be biased but I honestly think that I was specially favoured during my time with them. No question was too silly or unimportant and I had a team who was so interested in helping me.
My first contact with Kolan was with Zeren, who is an incredibly professional and with time became a friend and a sister. She was always available to give me advice and guidelines and updates. I was doing this on my own and Zeren was a superstar. She was with me the whole way and even held my hand during scans, surgery etc. I’m back home and she is still literally holding my hands.

Dr. Z was great. She was firm but so compassionate. I particularly loved the fact that I was seeing a female consultant who would at the very least relate to me and my emotions and she did not fail me.
I went during the lock down but everything still went smoothly and according to plan and time. When things seemed very shaky, Dr. Z and Zeren went over and above my expectations. I was amazed.
I haven’t stopped talking about what them and what they did for me. I’m just over 9 weeks pregnant and this is a dream come true. I highly, highly recommend them.
Once again, thank you Dr. Z and Zeren!

We are blown away with the service and support we received from Gizem and the Team. Gizem is a godsent. She forms friendship with her clients and ensured we were comfortable and understood every process. She goes far and beyond to make us comfortable. We went to North Cyprus and was on lockdown but Gizem was available 24/7 and ensured everything went smoothly. Zeren also was so sweet. The team is the best!
We couldn't fault them in anyway. Thank you Gizem and the Team for your awesome services and support. Highly recommended!

Dr.Zehra and Zaren were so supportive throughout the whole process and after .Everthing was explanied clearly and was very smooth and very comfortable. Zaren was in contact 24*7 through phone,messages and Web call.
Hopital was clean and we were well looked after. Dr.Zehra and Zaren they both were very welcoming and comforting.

A wonderful amazing team that gave my husband and I our miracle baby🤰at 40 yrs of age on our first fresh IVF cycle. Every member of the team were helpful and kind. We especially can’t thank Gizem enough for all her support throughout the whole experience. She was with us on our journey the whole way and even held my hand on implantation day as my husband couldn’t be with me.

Gizem goes over and above her job role and always finds time to help you in anyway she can. She even helped us find accommodation at a discounted price. Gizem is now someone who I now call a very dear friend and I’m so glad I trusted her to make our dreams come true.

Dr Z was kind and reassuring and made sure we did everything to make our success rates as high as possible.
We can’t thank Dr Z & Gizem enough for making our dreams come true. We look forward to returning to the clinic with our baby for a sibling.

I honestly can’t recommend Team Z enough! Gizem has been excellent, so supportive and the level of communication has been brilliant especially compared to many of the clinics out there!

We have tried for a baby for many years and after many years of being rejected as my BMI was a higher than the norm, I finally found a doctor who provided appropriate advice but in a compassionate way. Dr Zehra and Gizem guided me through the whole process and I am finally 7 weeks pregnant!!!!

The whole process with Team Z has been smooth and informative, even the COVID-19 restrictions didn’t effect the level of care and attention we were given.

J’ai été suivi par Stephanie (coordinatrice) et Dr Zehra( Medecin spécialisé dans la PMA)
Il s’agit d’une clinique simple mais l’équipe médical est au top et c’est le plus important.
Dr Zehra est très professionnelle, très compétente, attentive, rassurante et ZEN.
Tout ce qu’il faut. Très avenante et à l’écoute.
Une étoile spéciale pour ma Stephanie, je l’appellerais « ONDE POSITIVE » !
J’ai échangé avec elle pendant 6 mois (mes angoisses, mes ressentis, mes test, la compréhension des ordonnances, les visites gynécologiques, le processus..) peu importe le sujet, j’ai eu réponse à tout avec douceur, et à n’importe quelle heure et sans jamais me laisser penser que je la dérangeais, alors qu’elle est maman d’un petit ange.. Elle est rassurante, avenante et très très très humaine et d’une gentillesse incroyable…
Pour beaucoup, c’est psychologique, elle a réussi à me mettre en confiance en étant juste elle-même. Prenez contact avec eux les yeux fermés.
J’attends aujourd’hui un petit bébé fille j’espère.. Suite à une première FIV ICSI en DPI.
Mon rêve se réalise petit à petit grâce à vous.

There are no words to describe how grateful i am for everything you have done for me . You have always been kind, caring, honest and professional.i have been looking into GS for 4 years now and came across a group chat recommending team z and I havent looked back since. And i am so glad I chose you. You have a wonderful staff. I always felt we were around people who cared and knew how important this was for me. We are very happy seeing our first positive pregnancy test from the first ivf cycle . I dont know where I would be with out zeren and Dr.z . Team Z is not only a fertility clinic, they are much more than that. Both Dr.Zehra and Zeren, I can’t praise them enough.
This is not a big clinic where you are one of many, but a small clinic where you matter.
I had 2 pregnancies with them, and now i am watching my 19 month old girls playing and laughing.

After 9 years of trying for a second child in Canada, US, England - Zeren & Dr. Zehra answered our prayers from their heart to become part of our IFV journey. We visited over six (6) fertility clinics in the Greater Toronto Area and each clinic made us feel like a statistic. We were left with no hope, made to feel useless wasting their time with failed cycles and some, not even willing to help.

How has our life changed with Zeren & Dr. Zehra? Thanks for their efforts as well as their team, we are expecting twin girls in a few months! For this, we are forever grateful!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

*** Pre-Arrival ***
From our first ‘hello’ with Zeren, the professionalism was excellent and the process was fully explained as to what to expect. We were made to feel at ease even from across the Atlantic. Is that possible? Yes, and more as Zeren went above and beyond with arranging everything. For this, our mental state was at ease as we visited North Cyprus for the first time!

*** Day of Transfer ***
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff and nurses on duty with such warmth – as if we had been there 10 times! Immediately, all the nervousness remained outside of hospital door when we settled in with our face-to-face chats with Zeren & Dr. Zehra! A private room was ours to utilize for the duration of time at the hospital which was a nice gesture instead of being out in the waiting room. For this, our hopes were lifted!

*** Post Transfer ***
After returning to Canada, Zeren would always check on blood/ultrasound test results to provide further guidance as to what will happen next even though, after the transfer, Zeren even took the time to explain things as well which we were fortunate for God to place in our path! We were always laughing as to how long it took to get results in Canada on a simple ultrasound when at Kolan, it was an instant thing! Her patience with how things work here will not be forgotten. For this, we will always feel lucky that we were never made to feel like a number or a transaction as they say!

Keep up the great work of helping people’s dreams come true by being human too! Thank you Dr. Zehra, Zeren and the whole Z Team for everything!!

They are absolutely amazing and cannot thank them enough for making my dream of having a family come true.

After fifteen years of trying and several failed attempts which took me around Spain, England just to mention a few., my hope was fading fast as my biological clock ticked away. I was getting desperate as each year passed by. Just when every door seemed shut, I stumbled onto Team Z on my Facebook feed in April 2019 and engaged them. From there everything was like a rollercoaster.

Their communication before and after my treatment was absolutely amazing. They organized for my Holiday in North Cyprus including treatment which made everything look easy. Dr Zehra and her team are deeply knowledgeable and highly skilled. This team is a Gold star and I feel they are part of my family now.

In March 2020, we welcomed triplets and my pregnancy was smooth. I cannot recommend this team highly enough for the work they do!

J’ai été suivie par le Dr Zehra, j’ai effectué une fiv le 16 mars 2020.
Tout s’est très bien passé. Zeren m’a assisté dans les Premiers jours car Stéphanie ne pouvait pas être présente mais elle m’a traduit par téléphone en direct, elle ne m’a jamais lâché.
J’ai été très très satisfaite de leur travail.
Le Dr Zehra est superbe, très gentille et très très compétente. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer et du aller délicatement. Je la recommande a 1000%.
Toute l’équipe est formidable,elles sont très gentilles. Elles se sont bien occupées de moi. Aujourd’hui grâce au Dr ZEHRA je suis enceinte , la fiv a marché. Je la remercie du fond du cœur pour son professionnalisme. Ainsi que Stéphanie qui m’a suivie du début jusqu’à la fin qui a été tjs présente à n’importe quel moment. Et merci à Zeren de s’être occupé de moi à l’hôpital.
Je vous recommande l’hôpital les yeux fermés ainsi que cette formidable équipe.

Where do you start writing a review for something like this? It is not just a car or a typical service you “bought”. These people are the helping hand of (your) god. Without them we would never ever got our healthy little baby girl. This is our daughter, you can’t compare healthy life with anything else in the world. They made our dream come true.
I started my journey in The Netherlands where we live. Then we stayed 12 days in Cyprus. In these days doctor Zehra and Zeren where so helpful and kind. They did everything what’s in their power to get the maximum result but they also taking your own health seriously.
I have a little heart condition. They let me check my heart with their cardiologist, he was so very kind and such a specialist. After the check I got green light to go through with the IVF.
Because I had a serious chance of getting OHSS team Z where really careful with my Hcg triggershot and a transfer wasn’t certain until the day of the transfer. But lucky enough I got my transfer!
The day after my transfer we took our flight home and I started testing the day before my transfer so I could see what it did based on my triggershot. This is not recommended but I’m a little stubborn. 1dp5dt my test was getting lighter, 2dp5dt my test was almost white and 3dp5dt my line was already getting darker again! I was cautious but happy. I tested every day and they kept getting darker each day.
I texted with Zeren each day when I was testing so early and she was so lovely, so happy and exited for us when we saw the progression of the test!! We where pregnant the very first IVF and first transfer! So amazing, such a blessing!
When I was 7 weeks pregnant I did my ultrasound and there was a heartbeat, wow!! Now I’m 11 weeks pregnant and we had another good scan. She is looking totally healthy as far as they can see till this point.
In October 2020 we are expecting our little girl. Can you imagine? This is so crazy! Without Kolan she would not join our life and our world. You can’t compare their thankful jobs with most services. They have it all. There is really nothing why you should not go to Kolan. I’m a big fan and forever thankful for the most beautiful gift they have helped us with. Without them she would not exist! Thank you doctor Zehra and Zeren, the embryologist and the whole Kolan Team! You are truly the best! We will keep in touch. Lots of love fam. Es. from The Netherlands

Making Dreams Come True !

From my first initial contact with my coordinator Gizem I was made to feel relaxed and supported. The time and patience she had for me was amazing. She was there through every step of my treatment and generally cared. No question was to difficult. On meeting Dr Zehra she was informative and guided me on the best form of treatment to get a positive result. On meeting her it was obvious she wanted me to have positive result as much I as I did. The rest of team at the clinic were kind, patient and helpful always making me feel relaxed despite the emotional journey. I am so thankful and blessed that I made the right decision in choosing this clinic as I am now pregnant and awaiting my first scan. As I write this review joy fills my heart as the team are miracle workers and made me not lose sight of my dream of becoming a mother. If you are considering treatment they really do have your best interests at heart.

Kolan British hospital . On seeing this hospital, the ambience of this Centre gives you positive vibes about the end of wait. MashaAllah! Truly a professional and humane team Z . Dr Zehra n Ms Gizem have been exceptional. Both made us aware of each n every step before and after landing there. Gizem was available 24 x 7 and even guided us on availability of medication and arranging our sensational , never forgetting stay there. No words to thank them much. Their professional skills are mastered and humane approach a bonus. This was a homely atmosphere at Kolan British. I would recommend one and all who have such issues to NOT waste a moment and pick up a phone and call team Z at kolan British. Ms Gizem coordinates effortlessly.

Après plusieurs essais avec TM, qui s’était soldés par une expérience désastreuse et une communication complètement coupée, j avais du mal à faire confiance et ne savais pas vers qui me tourner. Sur les forums, Le Dr Zehra et Zehren semblait répondre à une éthique de travail et avoir une approche humaine de la FIV, avec de bons résultats. Mais j’étais sceptique... chat échaudé...
Mes premiers échanges avec Zehren m’ont tout de suite rassuré.Disponible, humaine, très professionnelle et très positive ! Un bonheur... Mon premier entretien avec Dr Zehra ma encore plus convaincu. Humaine, très à l’écoute, Super Agréable, super communication et hautement professionnelle. Elle a cherché à comprendre mon cursus et m à rassuré sur les très nombreuses questions que j’avais...
Quelle belle équipe : Zehren et Dr Zehra répondent très rapidement à toutes questions, même les plus simples ou meme après 10 fois :)

Sans oublier Gizem qui a rendu mon séjour fort agréable , toujours souriante et prête à vous aider . Efficace et Adorable, comme le reste de l’équipe de Team Z. Elle a réussit à me réserver de super hôtels toujours presque dans des délais très courts et est toujours plein de bonnes recommendations. Rien ne lui résiste ! Elle se plie en quinze pour ses patients.

J’ai fait confiance à Team Z et au Dr Zehra les yeux fermés. Leur humanité, leur écoute et leur soins ont été un énorme support dans cette aventure pas facile. En cas de doute, elles savent vous rassurer. Elle ont Une humanité mais aussi une expérience des FIV qui vous fait vous sentir immédiatement en confiance. Loin des usines à bébé.
Conseil sur le traitement, PGD, PGS. Un coup de blues et Zehren vous envoie 150% de positivité !

La Communication est fluide et honnête.

J’écris ces lignes en étant enceinte de 3 mois après mon deuxième essai. Sans Dr Zehra, Zehren et Gizem, je n’aurai pu imaginer écrire cela un jour. Je leur en suis infiniment reconnaissante... Merci à vous toutes de m’avoir permis de réaliser mon rêve d être maman un jour !
