We seen a car, made enquiries, Jack Hart was in contact with us straight away, made arrangements to visit Dace which was 85 miles from where we live.
We collected the car the same day as we viewed it. Everything was sorted very quickly. Would definately recommend Dace Motor Group in Eccles, Manchester

We completely reject your version of events, as it omits significant context.
When you viewed the vehicle, you identified a number of cosmetic items that you wanted addressing. Despite the vehicle already being in a good condition inside and out, we agreed to carry out an extensive list of remedial work at our expense to meet your expectations. At no stage were we unwilling to prepare the vehicle or resolve reasonable concerns.
The only point on which we could not reach agreement was your request for a gearbox oil service. Whilst we respected your opinion, we did not agree that this was something we were prepared to include in addition to the substantial work already agreed. As with any vehicle purchase, there comes a point where both parties either reach an agreement or decide not to proceed.
What is particularly disappointing is that your review makes no mention of your own conduct in our showroom. During the discussion, you became increasingly aggressive towards members of our team, using foul and abusive language in front of staff and other customers. We have a duty to provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone, and we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our employees, regardless of the circumstances.
Your comments regarding our vehicle preparation process and inspections are simply untrue. We stand by the quality of our preparation standards and the integrity of our checks. The fact that we agreed to carry out extensive additional work demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction, not the opposite.
We are sorry that we were unable to reach an agreement on this occasion, but we make no apology for drawing a line where we believe requests become unreasonable, nor for supporting our staff when they are subjected to abusive behaviour.

Great service and competitive pricing
Josh and the rest of the Dace German Car Centre were very helpful during my visit to purchase my new car. We had some issues with the finance company but the team worked late to try and get it sorted and again came in early the next day to complete the sale to allow me to get off ASAP. There were some minor issues identified with car when I test drove but because I needed to drive away that day DACE agreed to fix the issue when I return next month. Everyone was friendly and I felt the team done what they could to help me drive away that day.

Great experience, great customer service!
My husband and I arrived at the showroom looking for a Mini Cooper, we saw one we really liked so asked for help. We were assisted by Noel Eastwick at he Stockport showroom on Manchester Road, he was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made everything so straightforward and easy, we are very happy with our purchase, thank you Noel!

Dace stood out, as the opposite of many previous experiences; in that I was treated with genuine respect, a highly professional and friendly manner.
