As soon as I walked through the door with questions on the car jaydon was on hand to answer all of my questions to a high standard. He was very polite, knowledgeable and engaging with me to oversee viewing of the car. He walked me through all procedures and made the purchase very simple and easy. I’d happily recommend Dace Autos to friends and family and would shop here again.

Very poor customer service and after-sales support. They do not carry out proper servicing or maintenance on the cars they sell. They claim to have specialists for different car brands, but that is a complete joke.

After the car is delivered, they are unwilling to assist with any service-related issues. Although they advertise a 3-month warranty, they make irrelevant excuses to reject warranty claims, leaving the customer to bear all the repair costs.

I would not recommend buying a car from them. They don’t even know how the automatic folding mirrors work, which raises serious concerns about their knowledge and expertise.

Great range of cars. Tom was superb. Really helpful and friendly without the sales push.

Great service from start to Finnish. Didn't feel pressured into anything. Lewis w was very helpful, he made myself and the wife feel reassured with any questions we had and felt at ease.
We chose dace as they had a great choice of cars and the warranty is a proper warranty not the 3rd party covers that you get at some other places.
It's not the 1st time buying a car from dace and probably won't be the last.

I am extremely disappointed with both the vehicle supplied and the level of customer service I have received.
Shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, we discovered several significant issues, including unsafe and faulty side steps, non-functioning air conditioning, an illuminated engine management warning light, and brakes that are producing a persistent squeaking noise. Given the number and severity of these faults, it is difficult to believe that a thorough pre-delivery inspection was carried out before the vehicle was handed over.
What has made this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication from the company. We reported these issues immediately and clearly stated that we wished to return the vehicle. Despite this, our email has not received a meaningful response, and our telephone calls have not been returned for almost a week.
To make matters worse, rather than arranging to collect a vehicle that is clearly faulty and potentially unsafe, we were asked to drive it back to Manchester, approximately 59 miles from our home, for repairs to be carried out. Given the safety concerns we had already raised, we found this request wholly unreasonable and unacceptable.
The vehicle is currently neither safe nor fit for purpose, causing significant inconvenience to our family. We have three children and rely heavily on our vehicle for day-to-day activities, so being left without a dependable means of transport is entirely unacceptable.
As a result of both the condition of the vehicle and the poor handling of our concerns, we have lost all confidence in the vehicle and in the company. We have formally requested that the vehicle be collected without delay and have advised that, if we do not receive a satisfactory resolution within seven days, we will have no option but to pursue legal action. We also reserve the right to recover any additional costs incurred as a direct result of being unable to use the vehicle.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly encourage any potential customer to carry out a thorough inspection of any vehicle before purchase and to carefully consider the level of aftersales support available should any problems arise.

Having purchased a car from Dace I had an issue within the warranty period. The issue was handled by Chantell who was excellent from beginning to end. She arranged for car to be fixed within a day of me reporting the issue and kept me informed throughout the process. Great service all the way.

Dealt with Jaydon rang in the morning about a car on the website by 5pm we had picked up the car and driving it home . Jaydon worked all day to get things organised kept in touch and the car was presented beautifully valeted and everything explained clearly . Super service we will definitely come back to him if we need another car in the future .

Purchased a new car from Dace and it was a great all round experience. Dealt with Jack Hilton who helped me find a replacement for my old car which I have been looking to do for a while. Didnt feel pressured whatsoever. Came away with the car I was looking for and couldn’t be happier.

His customer service is 10/10, nothing is too much for him! He makes you feel comfortable and treats you as a proper human and not just a customer wanting money!

I purchased a BMW X1 from Dace German Car Centre for £16,470 and within less than six months experienced multiple breakdowns, including a catastrophic fuel system failure resulting in repair costs exceeding £6,500, with further turbocharger concerns identified.

I contacted the dealership immediately when the vehicle broke down, but after lengthy correspondence they declined to contribute towards the repairs. I am extremely disappointed with both the reliability of the vehicle and the handling of my complaint.
