Excellent customer service
Was restringing my fender squier stratocaster when the b and e strings broke contacted d'addario, described what happened sent photos. Followed the instructions with the follow up email. The customer service from George was excellent thank you so much.

Bought a pair of drumsticks that broke extremely quickly, and thought I might as well email in to see what they could do. Well they shipped me a brand new pair and credited me some points on my Players Circle account! Pretty great service for such a small product in their line.

This company is always solid. You have a problem with any of their products and they help you immediately. I love everything they make from their guitar strings to their straps to their pedal boards. Pretty much owe one stop shop for any gigging musician that plays string instruments

I had an issue with an order on a different site. I was about to get the shaft from this ste that rhymes with Glamazon. Anyway, I messaged the D'Addario team, and they went out of their way to rectify the situation, even though they weren't obligated to do so. Steve was incredibly kind and I am very appreciative to him and the rest of the team. I can't wait to reign hell on these skins.
Great product matched by Great Customer Service
I have used D'Addario strings almost exclusively since 2005 for my collection of ~20 guitars. Recently, I was stringing an archtop with a set of 11-50 Chromes and noticed the D string was larger than the A string. I bought another set to confirm and sure enough, I wasn't crazy. I emailed their customer support and sent some pics, and within a day George at D'Addario reviewed my feedback and sent me two sets of free strings for my trouble. Great product, great company!

Had a brand new high E string break on me out of the packet, 10/46 NYXLs. First time it’s ever happened in 15 years.
Sent an email, got a response within a day with a replacement for the broken one and a complimentary set to top it off.

D’Addario strings of great quality! I’ve needed to reach out a couple of times to customer service for questions I had regarding either order placed or about player points I couldn’t load up (no fault of theirs). Incredible service and prompt responses. It always seems important to them for everything to be perfect!
Product quality and Customer service excellence!
If there were more stars, more stars I would add! The service of the D'Addario company has no compare and that speaks of the quality of the products. I had a "hic up" with strings that didn't settle in and George my customer service rep went more than an extra mile to help me out. I got the privilege of having a one on one conversation in which I learnt alot about their products, I followed up on the advice and got exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for all!

Customer service was even kind enough to very quickly help me put in a players circle code I couldn't read off of a piece of packaging.
GREAT customer service, GREAT strings
I have been using D'Addario bass strings for over 40 years. A few years ago for the first time I had a couple of sets where the E and A strings were completely dead. I called up and got George. Not only did he send me replacement sets but two additional sets! George is also very knowledgeable about technical issues. AMAZING customer service and FANTASTIC strings!

I bought their most expensive strings
I bought their most expensive strings, the pack was missing the Low E and A. This has never happen in 50 years of playing multiple stringed instruments. They responded with "Expect 2 sets soon. The singles are made to order items, so they will ship at a latter date. My apologies for that.." George - Consumer Support Specialist. Thanks for Neil!

Great Customer Service
I bought two packs of nylons that had faulty treble strings. I reached out to see if I could get the problematic strings replaced.
Not only did they replace the faulty strings to complete the sets I’d already bought, but also sent 3 entire new sets along with it.
George was very quick to resolve the issue and obviously went way above and beyond. I’m very impressed with D’Addario’s customer service!
