I had a really positive experience with the sales team, especially Laura. She was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the viewing process. She took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything clearly to both my wife and me.

I attended one of the developments on a whim, and I am so glad that I did.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Violeta, who was absolutely amazing. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. At first, I genuinely thought she was a homeowner because of how naturally welcoming and helpful she was, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that she was actually part of the company.

Violeta took the time to talk us through the development and provided us with so many different options when it came to purchasing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and never made us feel pressured in any way.

At the moment, we have decided to wait and see if we can find a larger property that better suits our needs, but this development will definitely remain one of the options we consider. In fact, the experience we had with Violeta has made us very hopeful that we may be able to find the right home with the company in the future.

We will definitely keep in contact, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Violeta for making what could have simply been a spontaneous visit into such a positive experience. She is a real asset to the company, and her customer service was exceptional.

We purchased a property in the Acers, Shenley Wood last year and hired a Snagger to take a look at the property for issues. Most of the issues got fixed (somehow) but there was one major bricklaying concern which Dandara closed without resolution . Additionally, I have been using the customer care portal for logging issues and there is limited or no action on the same

I cannot speak anymore highly of the sales and site team at the Birch Park development in Braintree, especially Jo, Catherine & our site manager Adrian. This is our second home on the same site and the quality of our homes have always been amazing and such a wonderful experience. We couldn’t have purchased our dream home without any of them and they made the whole process so enjoyable. They have always been on hand to help and really have gone above and beyond on so many occasions and we are so incredibly grateful. Thank you to all of them for making this happen we couldn’t be any more in love with our new home ❤️

We visited Dandara at Meadowview yesterday and had a really good experience with the sales team. Laura was friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around without any pressure.

I had been emailing with Courtney who is very efficient but due to her being on leave, Betty was my viewing agent on the day I was visiting and she listened carefully to what I was needing and has helped me to make a clearer decision.

Lewey came out today to work through a to-do fix list following us being in our home 1 year. Lewey was on time and got straight to it, he was very friendly and did a cracking job sorting the issues that were raised. He also sorted a few holes that I made which were not on the to do list which I am very grateful for! 5/5 service.

Very useful to see what was happening with the new apartments being built. Questions were answered quite well and efficiently.

Tracy was fantastic and accommodating with a wealth of knowledge, experience and a family friendly approach that engaged us as potential buyers. She had clear and understandable experience in the field and answered all of our questions with openness and honesty. My wife and I had an enjoyable visit to the Hawthorn grove North Mundham site to view a 2 bedroom bungalow currently available. The property size, specification and finish was extremely pleasing but for us the location on the site is just not right. We are hoping that the next phase of builds will have an alternative location more to our liking. The executive who accompanied us was very pleasant, professional and assistive assuring us that he will be in contact when the new planning is available with alternative bungalow locations.
