Jonathan and Victoria were extremely helpful and accommodating when I visited The Acres.

Ashley and Sue at Hawthorne Grove, West Sussex are the friendliest and most helpful sales personnel you could wish to meet. They both readily answer questions and offer up information to you. They have been assisting me with my purchase. Nothing is too much trouble. Dandara seem to be a very professional company.

Having dealt with Elliot Harwood for almost two years and more recently, Michael Chamberlain at Braeburn Fields, we can honestly say they have provided the most amazing customer service we have ever received. Viewing the show homes has always been very enjoyable and after many months we have now finally reserved our forever home!

The knowledge, care and attention provided by both Elliot and Michael has been second to none and we wouldn't think twice about recommending Dandara to anyone considering a new build property.

Another day in paradise with dandara in staines.
Closed the only accessible road for any emergency services without providing alternative. If my family is in any danger then we are basically screw. Yet Dandara urgent responses is to get back to me within 10 days. Workers are completely unaware of highway regulations plus most of them seems to not understand language spoken or pretending not to understand English when spoken to... extremely poor company...

Tracy was efficient and courteous and showed us around providing all the relevant data.
Site location close to town facilities is an advantage.

Meeting Taylor at the Mundham site, was extremely helpful. She was exceptional in her knowledge, information and people skills. I cannot praise her highly enough, she went over and above the service one would expect in her advice support and is a credit to your company.
Melissa at the Witterings site who I met with on the 6th, again was excellent, both in knowledge patience, was open to answering all questions & offered follow .up support.
