From the moment we walked through the door to the sales office at The Russets in Hawkhurst, Kent, back in December 2025, the customer service we have received has been first class. No pressures sales of any type, and always happy to help us with our search for a new home. We agreed a purchase, only for our buyer to encounter problems which delayed everything for several months, before our sale fell through completely. Both Violeta and Fabian were so supportive to us throughout this ordeal, and we can only thanks them. We can highly recommend Dandara should you be looking for a new home.

I recently visited Manor Park and Hannah was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. She was really knowledgeable and insightful. A genuinely lovely experience and a real credit to the team.

Taylor at the Petersfield site was extremely professional and helpful. We couldn’t fault the time we spent with her and the patience she showed.

We visited The Russetts in Hawkhurst recently and were shown around available properties by Will, who was exemplary in his role.
He was knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even though it was an extremely hot day, wandering around the site with us.
We have also visited Braeburn Fields in Crowborough and found Elliott to be extremely helpful and always polite and informative.

The staff member was welcoming and presented the options clearly and succinctly. We were not rushed around the homes and again the information we received was neither too little nor too detailed for a first visit. During subsequent visits we received more detailed descriptions. Overall, I’s say the staff member was able to gauge our needs and expectations skilfully.

The Sales Consultant (Fabian) was knowledgeable about the house I viewed. He was able to answer my questions and gave me advice on moving things forward with my own property.

House of our dreams matched with superb sales team care and support. Wouldn't have wanted to go through the huge move after over 40 years in the same house without Melissa and Jo. They were always professional but more importantly there whenever we needed to support us through the unexpected detours in the journey with weekly calls and more. Still here helping us now we are settling in to our new home. Always available and ready to solve any issues we have. Consider them our friends now.
