Had an email and text confirmation of my repair appointment tomorrow. Rearranged my day to be at home. No confirmation text 3 days prior to appointment or today, as was stated in the text. I called head office this morning, they said they would email the technician. I asked them to phone them or give me the number so I can call them myself, they said they don’t have phone numbers which is absolutely ridiculous. We are in 2026 right?

I get a text at 8.30 pm TONIGHT saying they have booked me an appointment in two weeks!!! I’m furious, upset I’ve cancelled other plans to ensure I’m at home and now it’s not going ahead at all! I’ll go back to Audi who sold me the insurance, get a refund and book the repairs myself.

Honestly what an absolute dog’s breakfast.

Darren was quick to reply, on time and did an outstanding job, there is no way of knowing that there had been dents in the side door of my much loved sports car. Well done Darren

They scheduled me for an interview at 10am and call at 8am. They call and tell me they only have full time positions available. Thanks for wasting my time, not holding to your schedule and saying you have flexible schedules when you obviously have set hours.

Yes their booking system is awful, like other reviews have commented, but I cannot give less than 5 stars for the service I received today for an alloy wheel repair. The technician, Dan, texted me a day in advance to give a time of arrival, and showed up precisely on time. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He could see I was nervous about the repair and talked through exactly what the process involved to put me at ease, even showing me photos of recent repairs he had completed on similar diamond cut alloys. The repair took 30 minutes and when he was done I couldn't even see where the damage had been. Thanks Dan, you are an absolute credit to Dent Wizard!

Ich war heute bei Dent Wizard Smart Repair in Hamburg Wandsbek und bin sehr angenehm überrascht worden.
Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich sofort Zeit genommen meinen Parkschaden durch einen Pfeiler anzuschauen, zu bewerten und hat schon ein wenig Hand angelegt! Nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter ! Super Service! Gerne wieder!

Before the appointment I went to the website to try change my appointment time and pay for the service. 1. there is no online payment option. 2. the functionality of the website it terrible. I tried to se the calandar function but it didn't work. This review is about the online service. I cant judge the live service as Im still having problems with the website.

Dent Wizard Admin team in Leeds superb. DWV team from Amesbury INCREDIBLE. If you love your car you will know what I mean. Superbly professional and indeed a wizard!!!! All repairs miraculously addressed and as good as new. Cannot recommend highly enough with our particular technician - Ollie indeed a genius.

Fahre heute morgen mit dem Pkw in
Braunschweig – Rüningen - bei 15 cm
Neuschnee und Glatteis - in eine
Nebenstraße hinein und zeitgleich
auf meiner Höhe von rechts parkt bzw.
fährt rückwärts ein Firmenwagen von
dentwizard.de in die schmale Straße
hinein, direkt in meine Fahrspur rein ....
mit noch ordentlich Schneespuren
auf den Fenstern.

Der Fahrer ist also nach Gehör gefahren,
denn gesehen hat der nichts. :-)

Ich hupe also vorsichtshalber, damit es
nicht zum “Ausbeulen von Kratzern und
Dellen” kommt, der Fahrer bremst recht-
zeitig ab und kurbelt Fenster runter,
während ich im Schritttempo auf
glattem Eis (wie gesagt “Nebenstraße)
weitergleite.

Ich dachte, der sondert jetzt Worte
des Dankes in meine Richtung ab ...
aber tatsächlich wurde ich lauthals
von einem aggressiven Kerl – dem
Fahrer – mit Bubi-Bart be.schimpft !,
was mir einfiele, ihn anzuhupen.
Hmm .. sollte das wirklich so schwer
zu erraten gewesen sein ? :-)

Und weiter :
Er hätte ne Rückwärts-Kamera,
da wäre schon nichts passiert.
Dann lernte ich noch ein paar
neue Schimpfworte, die durchaus
auf mich abgestimmt waren und
ich dachte mir .. ich lasse die
Welt mal teilhaben :-) an diesem
kleinen Vorfall.

Vielleicht sollte man bei dentwizard.de
mal überprüfen, ob deren Personal-
situation wirklich. WIRKLICH. so
angespannt ist ?!
Da lässt sich doch bestimmt
Besseres finden, oder !?

Habe heute mein Auto (premiumpflege für 269,00 €)wieder abholen können. Nach dem ich mir das Auto zu Hause genau angeschaut habe, stellte ich fest das das Auto an einigen Stellen noch dreckig war, da ist nicht einmal Wasser hingekommen. Die motorreinigung wurde auch nicht durchgeführt - nicht einmal ein Staubtuch wurde benutzt. So könnte ich noch einiges mehr anmerken. Es fehlt einfach die Kontrolle. Ich würde diese Firma nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben unser Auto außen und innen aufbereitenden lassen, dass Ergebnis ist echt Mega und perfekt.

They do not provide workable solutions. They have extremely limited availability. They will cancel appointments with no valid reason given. They are unwilling to compromise on anything. I would give zero stars if possible.

I purchased an alloy wheel insurance policy from Car Care Plan via Marshall Motor Group (both terrible companies and to be avoided at all costs). Unfortunately for anyone who has purchased this policy, Car Care Plan have decided to appoint Dent Wizard as their repairer.

Despite being told when I purchased the policy that weekend repairs are possible, backed up by the policy wording, T&CS and IPID, Dent Wizard completely refuse to do any repairs at the weekend. They even refuse to do repairs on weekday evenings. The only time they will make a repair is Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm. They say they will come to your work, which is fine if you drive to work, stay in one place all day and your car isn't parked on the road. But for anyone who leaves their car at home, maybe on the road due to lack of off-road parking, or like me uses their car for work and travels to multiple places in one day, then they will refuse to repair your wheels. This means you have just wasted hundreds of pounds on a policy that does nothing.

I have tried to find a workable solution with them. They claim the repair should only take around 1 hour. I said I can choose a day where I will be in one location for 2-3 hours, but they said no. They will only give an am or pm slot. I asked if they could attend on a rare work from home day, a date more than 6 weeks away, but they said no as they have no availability and gave me 4 other days which they knew I cannot do. I eventually managed to book them in for a rare work from home day. Which they then cancelled a few days later with "due to unforeseen circumstances" being the excuse. When I questioned them on the phone, the person I spoke to had no idea why it was cancelled.

They are refusing to provide a workable solution and even if you do manage to book a day with them, they may cancel it for no reason.

They keep denying any responsibility saying "they're just a third party" even though they are refusing to adhere to the terms of the policy. Further to this, Car Care Plan are also denying responsibility, claiming that as I read the T&Cs and IPID prior to purchasing, I should have been aware of the time/day restrictions, even though all the documents make no reference to any such restrictions being in place.

Find another company who will actually be able to repair your wheels.

Really easy booking process. The technician came on time with confirmation the evening before. Took only 1 hour to fix our dent and did the job perfectly! You’d never know it had been there. Really impressed by the efficient and professional service.

Smart Repair schön und gut. Eine Felge mit einem offensichtlichen nicht zu reparierenden Schaden zu reparieren und 160€ abzuziehen ist sportlich. Problem nur,dass der TÜV diese Smartrepair nicht anerkennt, da die Felge ein Element ist,was hier die Sicherheit beeinträchtigt.
Ich hätte die 160€ dann lieber dem Katzenheim gespendet als buchstäblich in die Tonne zu investieren.
