In der Tiefgarage beim Zurücksetzen am Pfeiler entlang gekratzt und der Kummer war gross. Ich wurde daher vorstellig bei Herrn Prietz. Ja, ich kann es kaum glauben, aber der grosse Schandfleck an den Türen war wohl nur ein Albtraum - er ist unsichtbar! Die Werkstatt ist aufgeräumt, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und der Preis ist angemessen.

They came and did some repairs but the gentleman who came could not do one, he advised he would arrange for another person to come and do it.
They made another appointment and the gentleman who came the first time turned up but could not do the repair as he previously said it was not something he did, he promised to sort his company out.
I am awaiting for the company to get in touch!

Took a day off work (I cannot wfh) to get some stone chips fixed before selling my car. Morning appointment. Technician was a no show. Did not respond to my texts or calls. So I called the main office at 14:30 and they said he would not be coming.
I now have to take another day off work and sell my car later than planned as I have to wait 2 weeks for another appointment.
So a massive inconvenience, a loss of 2 days income (I am a consultant and am paid per day worked) and I have to borrow money as new car arrives before current car will be sold.
Mainly my gripe is the no show with no attempt to notify me until I called them. Very poor regard for the customer.

I had a paint repair done yesterday by a very polite and excellent tradesman leaving my car looking as if there had never been a problem.He arrived a little bit later than thought/told but that wasnt a problem the finished article excellent even through a shower for about 10 minutes.Would have no hesitation in using and recomending the company again.

Had an Alloy Repair with Alex Evans at Dent Wizard. Friendly, polite and did an excellent job with the repair. Would recommend using him for any repair.

Marcos came out to deal with the scratches I put in the front valance after kissing my porch!! He was a great credit to the business, he did a brilliant job, matching a difficult colour and putting it onto plastic as well! The pre-visit Comms were first rate the only negative was the wait for the appointment, hence 4/5.

Darren came to repair a fairly bad scratch on my car today and did a smashing job. Appointment Wait times are long and some of the customer service advisors don’t listen or care about queries. I was auto booked in for an am slot, I called to change to pm, to be told ‘oh it’s fine just text your technician telling him it’ll have to be pm’.
I did this, heard nothing. Rang a week before the appointment to make sure they were aware of this to this time be told ‘it’s not been changed and we’ll have to rebook you’ putting me back about 5-6 weeks. Very annoying.
If it weren’t for customer service lacking, would be 5🌟

My Insurance company arranged a repair with this firm and after receiveing about 5 texts before the arrival date that they were coming, they failed to turn up on the day! I texted the technician that was due to arrive who rudely said contact customer service as he told them previously he would not come. I rang customer service and after getting through from being cut off 2 times, they said they would invesitgate as it was news to them he was not turning up. I was advised to just wait around until I was contaced by someone in their org once they sorted it out.....Still waiting

Had DWV out to repair my alloys 3 visits still not done correctly, had them to do stone chips 2 visits still not right lacquer peel poor finish on door handle ,grey overspray on diamond cut and black wheels was in the hands of one of the managers to oversee the corrections sent photos and texts as he requested no response. We've give them every opportunity to correct poor workmanship but car still needs finishing to a better standard ,this is trew extra insurance we took out on the vehicle for cosmetic damage wish I'd kept my money and used a trusted local company.

Also 2 Sterne nur, weil am gesamten Fahrzeug Lacknebel war. Obwohl nur die Stoßstange hinten gemacht wurde.Auf die Frage wie das kommt,wurde mir von Herrn Simonet nur gesagt das war schon so.
Einzig gute Mann kann dort auch ohne Rechnung eine Reparatur bekommen.

Before I start I will say Martin did an amazing job on a car park ding in the driver door .it is that good you can not see were it was I was a panel beater many years ago And I know what to look for .I was a bit sceptical but it is an excellent job. Only one thing spoilt it was the length of time you wait for an appointment.That said don’t be put off they know there stuff . Would have been 5 stars otherwise.very 😆

Hatte eine Beule am Dachholm. War wohl Vandalismus, Neid, da es ein etwas hochpreisigeres Auto ist, was auch immer... Jedenfalls hat wohl jemand auf den Holm mit etwas draufgeschlagen. Ergebnis: eine Beule größer als eine Walnuss mit einem kleinen Knick am Beulengrund. Da mein Wagen gerade mal 2 Jahre alt ist, bin ich zu Dent Wizard in Bremen gefahren, dort umgehend gut und freundlich beraten worden und habe einen Kostenvoranschlag mit sehr fairem Preis bekommen. Vorher war ich bei einer anderen Firma, eine Lackiererei, die wollten mehr als das Doppelte haben. Der Termin war dann auch nur 1 Woche später. Der Wagen war schon nach 4 Stunden fertig, ich wurde sogar angerufen, der Preis wurde eingehalten und das wichtigste: die Beule ist restlos weg, man sieht absolut nichts mehr. Wurde wohl mit der Zug-Schlag Methode ohne Lackierung gemacht. Ich bin schwer beeindruckt! Komplette Empfehlung von mir.

DWV technician, Rene, came out to repair an alloy wheel on our car and did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly and informative and clearly enjoyed and took great pride in his work.
Excellent would recommend highly to friends and family.

So far 3 failed attempts to get repair done , and seems like customer service do not care, 3 weeks on and no response from management regarding complaint.

Kratzer mit Smartrepair wurden beseitigt. Die polierten Stellen sehen aus als ob das ein Laie zum ersten Mal gemacht hat. Ganz schrecklich! Die Lackkanten hat auch ein besofnerer bestimmt. Soviel schlechte Arbeit!!! Nie wieder!

Bearing in mind the general mayhem caused by COVID-19, the cosmetic repair to my dinged Range Rover was carried out in a most timely and professional manner. Very pleased.

Anson was very professional, kept me informed via text & phone calls to his arrival. Very efficient service & very pleased with the repair to my alloys. Can highly recommend the service
