Great store in Kettering , Nigel was pleasant , informative and straight to point with all relevant info . Wasn’t pushy , let me and wife discuss options and came back to finish off the order etc . Top marks

I was in 3 times before actually making my decision on which sofa to choose. I was on my own and gave the staff my measurements, he helped me find the right sofa thst would fit. Great service

Don and the lady (i know her name, i don't know how to write it down) that did the paperwork for us were really nice. Thanks to them we found the right couch and had a pleasant purchase experience which makes me want to go to DFS again in the future for the next purchase. They even gave us a nice discount and walked us through all the options.

I like that they wouldn't try to sell you the most expensive option or product but the product and option that is right for your needs and budget.

I am aware of the long delivery time, it's always like this with furniture, i am not sure what experience i will expect from the delivery itself but i hope it will go well.

As for the payment i like the 0% interest 4 year monthly payment option. It really helps people that cannot afford one off payment to get what they need for their home, without struggling to pay in full. And even if you can pay in full it allows you room to better budget your payments and pay monthly or lump somes along the road rather than committing fully to a huge payment.

Arrived half hour before closing and was finished purchasing in 15 mins quick easy. Assistant was pleasant, helpfull, polite and efficient

The sales advisor Cherise was friendly, helpful & knowledgable. I was offered a hot drink straight away. She explained about the sofa I liked & showed me the colour swatches & sofa dimentions. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision & was offered a choice of ways to make a payment. I would highly recommend Cherise & the Kettering branch of DFS.

I had viewed on-line. But needed to view to make my purchase.
One of the sales team "Lucy" made herself known and was respectful and afforded me the space to make my choices.
Once I did this Lucy was supportive and transparent and took me through the sale.
