How can a company sell such quality products at such a great price with free next day delivery...I don't know...but they do

The standard set for Diamond bedding alone is amazing customer service, delivery all making the experience easy .But then there is the bedding itself, luxurious and having the best nights sleep I’ve ever had . So pleased to have found this company.

Excellent fast delivery and customer service. Very impressed with the Hungarian goosedown duvet to replace our old one. Very good quality product. We find 7 tog is enough for all year round and we only heat our house to 16 degrees. Fantastic, highly recommend this product.

Excellent quality products at very good prices.
Our quilt was a bit flattened when it arrived so I emailed Diamond Bedding for advice on fluffing it up.
They replied immediately telling us to shake it gently (we’d assumed vigorously!!)
Within a day it was perfect.
I have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Bedding.

We bought a 10.5 tog 100% Hungarian goosedown duvet to replace our 20 yr old one. It’s lovely to sleep under - light and airy and cosy. We had compared lots of duvets and this was definitely the best value, although that wasn’t why we chose it. The customer service was excellent - easy contact with real people who answered all our questions. The reason we went for this company is that the item is dispatched ( next day!) in a zipped strong plastic bag, so it was easy to take it out and feel its degree of lightness, lumpiness etc. I had read of people not being to return duvets, accused of sleeping under them etc. We tried a JL one, which seemed too heavy and it was sent in a tightly fitting thin bag which had to be torn open in order to feel its degree, whereas this zip bag was a cinch. Would definitely use them again.

This company far exceeded expectations, both in the quality of their goods and their customer service. Their duvets and pillows are outstanding quality. I had a query about a pillow I purchased and the company replied to my email within 15 minutes giving me full and comprehensive information. Kelly from their customer services department was absolutely on the ball and clearly very well informed and extremely helpful. From the exemplary quality of their goods and the excellent customer service, I shall definitely be a returning customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This review is based on customer service NOT on the product itself, which I ended up not choosing due to particularly sensory needs. Having said that, the customer service was second to none. The amount of time that supervisor Mark spent to answer my multiply, lengthy question almost instantly over a couple of days, make even look John's Lewis' customer service mediocre. Buying a product should be based on two components - product quality and customer service. If Diamond's bedding product are only half as good as their efficient customer service and client support, then you are likely to have made a good choice!

Quality items from this company. I bought a Hungarian Goose Down duvet and a Goose Down Topper. The topper has really helped cushion my hip replacement as I am a side sleeper. I am no longer waking up during the night with an aching hip. The duvet is fluffy and full and a quality item from stitching to filling. Very pleased with both of these and will be using Diamond Bedding in the future.

I bought a kingsize duvet for £250 and unfortunately it has been a total waste of money.

It doesn't stay in any duvet covers that I have bought, ending up in a ball in the corner within a few hours of being in bed. Customer services replied very quickly however offered to buy £3 plastic grips to put on the four corners which I found not only ugly but also worried about a choking hazard for my young children. They advised this is due to fabrics being soft however I've never had the issue before.

I advised that I think the only resolution would be a refund as I have had to buy a new duvet with the diamond bedding one being completely useless but did not receive a response to this.

Frustratingly it looks like I have thrown £250 away on this, do not recommend.

I have just received my 2Hungarian Goose Down Medium Pillows from Diamond Bedding dispatched the same day super fast delivery from DPD . The quality of the Hungarian Pillows is excellent so high quality ( repeat order ) wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Pillows and Quilts . Outstanding quality and value. Highly Recommend Diamond Bedding .

Double / All Season (4.5 Tog + 10.5 Tog)

I took the plunge and bought a goose down duvet for myself. Usually, I'm easily hot under the covers, so I prefer something not too heavy, as I'd end up kicking the duvet. I was searching online for the best price and value on a goose duvet and came across Diamond bedding. Having read the other reviews, I was more certain to purchase from them, the price is still expensive but NOT as expensive as other sites that sell similar product. When I had a query, I used their online chat service, and someone got back to me within a few minutes. They were very helpful in providing the information I needed, and they assured me that their product is of high quality, which I will explain next.

The product is an all-season one, with 2 duvets: one 4.5 tog and one 10.5 tog. After receiving the product, I tried putting both together (the buttons for attaching the duvets were very easy to assemble). But I felt like I didn't sleep well because, though it was snug, it was too hot for me, and I didn't feel comfortable. I took the 4.5 tog duvet out, put it back in the zipper case it came in, and tried the 10.5 tog duvet alone, which is better! I think putting them together will be so good for cold wintery nights, hence the "all-season" value of the product.

The quality is amazingly good, it's so soft and makes you happy to lie in there after a long day. I do fluff it up when I make the bed, and the duvet still puffs up, giving your bed a fuller look. Just imagine you're sleeping under a cloud blanket, if you like the sound of it, maybe you can give it a try?

Superb products and amazing customer service. Emails are responded to within minutes. Extremely friendly responses. Would highly recommend the Hungarian goose duvet and pillows.

Having been so pleased with the 10.5 100% Hungarian Down duvet for my caravan I bought an all season one (10.5 and 4 tog) for home. I can’t believe how warm these duvets are and also how lightweight they are. Really reasonable prices too. I received my duvet quite quickly after ordering.

There aren't many companies who supply this specific criteria!
Communication has been speedy and excellent throughout so too was the delivery.
My duvet is soft well filled and meets our needs more than perfectly.

ordered a king fitted sheet from Diamond Bedding, but what arrived was a deep fitted sheet measuring over 160 cm, which is far too wide for a standard UK king mattress (advertised as 150 cm). I specifically chose the deep fitted option thinking normal shrinkage would still result in the correct size, but the core issue wasn’t shrinkage, it was that the product didn’t match the advertised dimensions at the point of delivery.

Instead of addressing this, I was repeatedly given explanations about shrinkage, elasticity, and environmental choices, with repeated requests to wash the sheet multiple times just to see if it might reach the correct size. I cannot reasonably be asked to wash an item repeatedly before exchanging or returning it, especially since doing so would remove my statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

I escalated to a manager, explained clearly why the item was not as described and not fit for purpose, and requested a free exchange to the correct fitted sheet plus a refund of the price difference, but the situation remains unresolved. Frankly, this whole process has been frustrating and has left me without usable bedding.

Until they provide a fair and timely resolution, I can’t recommend buying from this company.

This company have the best customer service ever , I ordered pillows just after Christmas and they were sent out straight away ,
But DPS delivery service was very bad and never had my first delivery , had to order again

Outstanding service by a company who sell the most gorgeously comfortable bedding. I put the wrong postcode on my return and therefore my exchange was delayed. Diamond bedding rang DHL for me, tracked the lost return and kept me up to date with phone calls and emails along the way. I then received my exchange promptly. I now have pillows plus a duvet far superior to anything else I’ve bought in the past and their customer service dept is second to none !
