I recently bought a solitaire pendant. My second purchase as I bought earrings from this company a couple of years ago. I had a slight issue with the online purchase so I messaged the WhatsApp number and an extremely helpful Michaela sorted that problem and then helped me decide which necklace to buy by photographing together the two items I was considering so I could compare them. Super customer services. Next day delivery was much appreciated too. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service on top of amazing products. There was a small mix up in the beautiful earth lined South africa diamond engagement ring i bought for my fiancé… but Diamond Jewelry United not only sent me a label to ship the ring back, they then completely reset it in the correct band, resized it and returned it using international property FedEx service to get me the ring back in 1-2 days from the UK to Philadelphia, PA, USA with zero cost or efforts on my part. My absolute only jeweler for any and all jewelry needs i may have now and in the future. Absolutely amazing company and then fact that as an American i will only purchase jewelry from an international jewelry company now speak volumes about the service and product they provide!!!! A+++++ still doesn’t do adequate justice for this amazing company! They’re simply no one better in the business!!!! Diamond Jewelry United is just on another level!
