Bought a radiant cut ring which wasn’t to standard sent it back no quibbles re ordered a pear cut had problems ordering on my end not the company’s they even put a reserve on the ring I wanted so no one else’s would buy it and they reduced the price for me .

I purchased a engagement ring not really knowing anything about diamond clarity the stone arrived with a yellow tinge to it,my fault,after speaking to a lovely lady called romina I was sent a pre paid label and few days later she sent me video of a replacement next to the previous ring showing the difference in clarity.Extremely pleased with the excellent customer service and good quality goods ( I was also given a extra small discount on the replacement)👍
