Took a bit longer than originally committed but the stone was EXACTLY what I ordered as well as the setting. I would most certainly use them again!!

Your response contains several statements that do not align with the documented facts.

From the beginning, it was clear that the certificate was not included with the diamond. I have email correspondence from your company —which I retain— explicitly stating that the certificate was not sent and that it would be provided to me afterward. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Additionally, taxes and related charges were paid for the diamond to reach its final destination, and the entire shipping and handling process was managed exclusively through your company. This was not an independent arrangement on my part.

It is inaccurate to suggest that the certificate was “very likely” included and discarded by mistake when there is written communication from your company acknowledging that it was not sent. It is also incorrect to assume that I already had the original certificate, as my request was made precisely because I never received it.

My one-star review is not related to the shipment being sent to an alternative address or to any misunderstanding, but rather to the failure to deliver an essential document that was promised by your company and never provided, despite being formally requested.

While I acknowledge your company’s long history since 1997, a customer’s experience must be based on documented facts, not assumptions. My review reflects exactly that.

Desde el inicio quedó claro que el certificado no venía incluido con la pieza. Existen correos electrónicos enviados por su empresa —que conservo— en los que se reconoce explícitamente que el certificado no fue enviado y en los que se indica que posteriormente me sería proporcionado. Lamentablemente, eso nunca ocurrió.

Asimismo, sí se pagaron impuestos y cargos para que la pieza llegara a su destino final, y todo el proceso de envío y gestión fue realizado exclusivamente a través de ustedes. No fue una decisión ni una gestión independiente de mi parte.

Resulta incorrecto afirmar que “es muy probable” que el certificado haya sido incluido y descartado por error, cuando existe comunicación escrita de su empresa indicando lo contrario. Tampoco es correcto asumir que yo contaba con el certificado original, ya que precisamente por no haberlo recibido fue que lo solicité formalmente por correo electrónico.

Mi reseña de una estrella no se debe al envío a una dirección alternativa ni a un malentendido, sino a la falta de entrega de un documento esencial, prometido por su empresa y nunca proporcionado, a pesar de haberlo solicitado.

Aprecio que mencionen su trayectoria desde 1997, pero la experiencia de un cliente se basa en hechos concretos, no en suposiciones. Mi comentario refleja exactamente eso.

Wow, really spectacular, with my purchase, I bought a 1ct diamond and another 2ct diamond, and I was really surprised with the purchase, I had my doubts if they were real diamonds, I took them to be analyzed at 4 jewelry stores and all 4 told me they were real, they are my rings for my wedding and I am very happy.

I've used diamonds USA at least 4 times in the past, and would not hesitate to recommend them. My initial purchase many many years ago was for an engagement ring, and since then have made my wife very happy with some extra jewellery for birthdays etc. If you are UK based you might be slightly apprehensive about ordering something expensive from another country, but I've honestly never had an issue with this company, although I've never experienced returning anything as things I've ordered have been perfect. The shipping is free, prices are lower than purchasing in the UK, and the company keeps you well informed about the progress of your order. I've dealt with some dodgy companies in my time, this is definitely not one of them. I'll use them again for sure. Note: tax is not included, FedEx will ask you to pay this before delivery.

I created a custom ring with a sapphire and 2 diamonds, I sent my design for the setting, the team made the ring to order. Couple weeks later I received the ring, it’s absolutely perfect and looks gorgeous. I can only recommend diamond-usa, I doubt you will find better prices anywhere else. Service has been amazing too.

Great experience and excellent product

I've been using Diamonds USA for 20 years. Love the product and the service but this time was disappointed that products shown didn't include VAT. It must be possible to do that at least before checkout, rather than get a shock when Fed Ex ask you for 20% more before delivering! It's just put a dampener on the buying experience but I'm sure they'll get it altered.

Excellent communication
Efficient back and forth for a custom design. 20 plus emails in 4 days.
Great design knowledge, executed exactly what I wanted.
Cheapest prices online for loose diamonds. I looked at all the sites and compared the specific diamond that I wanted.
Transparent pricing- gram weight, diamond clarity and cut for melee diamonds in ring setting design were stated without me having to ask.
Very friendly communication.
Dealt with my crazy request for a short turnaround time and moved at lightning speed to make it happen.

I have bought many (my husband would say too many) diamonds and rings and earrings online. I have had half a dozen different vendors and jewelers make custom designs for me. 'Ron' was by far the most efficient, clear, and intuitive I have ever worked with. I emailed with a vague request to merge 2 different design elements from their range of settings and he wrote back with a photoshop of exactly what I had in mind. Within a couple hours of my email!

Bottom line. Thank you Ron for putting up with my intense and neurotic requirements. I will be back for my next purchase.
