Would not recommend

The operators I spoke to could not speak or understand English properly.

They signed me up to an internet service that wasn’t even available at the property I was moving in to.

Would not recommend. Super annoying.

Your representatives need to LISTEN to people tghey are speaking to

I explained to your representative tat my wife is a complete invalid and is complteley paralysed down one side and that I could not spend much time speaking to him. This was like water off a duck's back and he just would not shuttup and just kept speaking even whilst I tried to yell at him to just listen to me for a minute.

No problem with electricity or Internet…

No problem with electricity or Internet both very helpful. As far as removalist just couldn't get straight answers. As for the end of lease cleaning the price was way over the top.

Literally worse than no response

Bad deals, and couldn't connect to red energy. Kept asking for me to give permission to a location I don't own or lease.

This is with one day notice.

Helpful service, bit pushy

It is a helpful service but the woman I spoke to was a bit too pushy with all of the extra services and I had to say no a lot of times and explicitly tell her I did not want a call back from a certain company after all ready saying I didn't require the service.

Clear, accurate information.

1, When the gentleman was signing me to your services, (over the phone) I had great difficulty understanding what he was saying to me. (Accent)
2, when I was being advised as to the cost of services, I was not informed of the price increase that was about to happen with in the next 2 weeks.
I have since found out that I can get the same service at a much less price.
