No interruptions

As a company it is good
As far as one on one it's very difficult understanding what the "Reps" are very hard to understand what they are saying due to the strong accent and not being able to speak English properly

Lovely service

Had no issues with the service - only that the phone call to set everything up was slightly difficult due to the phone operator having a very thick accent that was hard to understand at times. Thanks so much!!

Customer service good, options/support/offerings limited

Customer service was good and they were helpful. However, due to nature of what companies DirectConnect have access to or partnerships with, they were limited in how they could assist me. You couldn’t disconnect iiNet or ActewAGL for me. You also couldn’t connect me with Belong, which is who I wanted to transfer to for NBN. Instead your offer was with Aussie broadband, which isn’t a company I wanted to transfer to. So customer service nice. Actual options you could offer me were limited, so I still had to contact multiple services to connect and disconnect
